"I can take his head down from the pike for you if you would like it Tallahar. I regret that I could not wait to let you dispense your justice upon him, but the city was ready to tear him to pieces for what he had done. There was some rioting against foreigners in the city as it was. I promise you he suffered for his criminality."

"Good I would of liked to do it myself. I think you should hurry up and stop being Regent Francis it seems this City is cursed so many have died here. Luceon, Donal, Addam, Robert and now Garlan so much death."

"Let us hope that Good Lord Justin grows up quickly, I'll agree to that." Francis said, a sadness in his voice.

"Lord Tarly," says Lady Anne quietly at first, than again louder, "Lord Tarly? I've come to discuss the situation with Princess Emelia of Dorne?"

Waving his hand Tarly looks upset, "Yes of course." Looking up he wipes at his eyes, "I can not thank you enough for the trip. What did she say?"

"Princess Emelia denied being either on Prince Andry's side or Lord Piers, instead asking for our cooperation in forming a third alliance, apparently in opposition to them both. During that time, Andry's troops arrived, and Emelia hid us from discovery. After some conversation between the two, Emelia said she intended to flee King's Landing, and suggested we do the same. I was not under the impression that She and Andry were on good terms. But as we made our way back, We overheard that Emelia has consented to marriage with Andry, and returned to Dorne raising men on his behalf. Which seemed very odd based on what she told us of her intentions, but nonetheless a fact. So I do not think any third route exists for us with Dorne." she stop talking for a moment, to see how Tarly responded.

Tarly shook his head, "I think that would have been unwise any way. Our eyes in Dorne confimr both her presence and the raising of troops. Thank you again, if only she were not such a lying, manipulative whore. Is there any other news from King's Landing?"

"Not from King's Landing milord no. But from further abroad."
The man standing to her right side lowered his hood, revealing Francis Varner.
"Lord Tarly." Francis said.
"I am so sorry for keeping you in the dark milord, but we didn't know who to trust." Anne said. "Francis fled abroad after the assassination attempt..."
"Where the true culprits behind Andry's rebellion are." Francis finished Anne's sentence, "Braavos backs Andry to the hilt. They have hired faceless men killers, and behind the assassination attempt on Piers as well. They mean to have Andry rule as their puppet."

Tarly looks at Francis for a long time, then finally he says in his normal voice, "So... What is you plan then?"

"I thought that was something it would be wise to discuss my lord." Francis said. "I believe there is little value in remaining hidden. At this point the enemy knows that I am alive anyway, so I may as well have the security of having my men about me. As for the Far Reach, I do not believe we can remain neutral, even if that was an advisable course of action. Lord Piers and Lord Horas are trapped in the Vale, so if anyone is to forge an alliance to oppose Braavos and its minions, it must be us. It does leave some question about leadership here at home. How are you finding the position of Regent?" Francis asked, his voice is soft and seems friendly.
