"There is one but it does not completely concern you. It's this." Hefting the Valyrian Steel Blade.

"Yes. Roseblood, the young Tyrell's blade. I would urge you to speak with Uncle Rindwynd about it. As the boy's regent he may have different thoughts on the blade than Fossoway did. But that is not my place to get involved. Just be polite. Wars have been started on Valryrian steel, even between the best of friends."

"Yes I am planning on riding to Highgarden to see Cousin Rindwynd hopefully he will see that I am the best man to have the Blade."

"And if young Lord Justin had Valryian steel, and I chose to give it to another, wouldn't that concern you Tall?" Francis says, smiling.

Tallahar laughed, "You would probably sell it for a profit Francis the Ferret. But truly would you give to another."

Francis eyes darkened for a moment.
"As it happens, my family has its own ancestral blade Lord Tallahar. And I would not surrender it at any price."

Francis nodded, "Longsnarl. It hasn't seen battle in a long time. My brother carried it, but my father Lord Marcus was an Axe-man by preference, and I obviously have no talent for a knight's sword." Francis shrugged. "Maybe my son, or his son will wield it one day."

"I believe it is the House greatest privilege to wield a families Valyrian Sword. That is why I enjoy using 'Roseblood' so. It is the Sword for house Tyrell and I will wiled with every piece of strength I have."

"I'm sure the fact that it can slice through a man like a hot knife through butter has nothing to do with it." Francis says laughing.

"You may ask Tall, I can't promise I'll answer, but you can ask." Francis said, refilling Tallahar's wine glass.

"Do you know how Garlan Rowan was killed. When it happened I was a bit occupied in a cell and I was wondering if you could shine some light on what happened."

Francis nodded gravely, he knew Lord Tallahar was close with Lord Robert, and Garlan had practically raised the Lord of the Hightower.
"I have to confess Lord Tallahar, I blame myself for his death." Francis stretched back to begin telling the tale.
"The Hightower watch received a tip that Rowan was embezzling funds. A search of his room revealed a ledger detailing illegal deals, as well as money. At his trial, Rowan told me of a Volanti merchant name Franz, who he thought may have framed him, but I did not put stock it in. I initially sentenced the man harshly, but felt bad for the man and agreed to allow him to marry my mother and remain under house arrest. On the road to the small manor I had selected, Rowan was shot with a crossbow and killed. A detailed investigation revealed that it was indeed this Volanti Franz character who had first framed Rowan, and than, when that did not lead to his execution, he ordered him murdered. The foreign bastard has been sentenced and executed, and the assassin sentenced as well. I should have listened to Rowan from the beginning, but it seemed implausible at the time."

As the Tale went one Tallahar got me and more angry. Finally when it had finished Tallahar was pacing around the room. When he stopped he punched the wooden door frame with a massive punch leaving a large indent where his fist struck, "You should of saved the bastard Francis I would of enjoyed killing that man."
