A second raven arrives soon after, from the Red Keep. It is brief.
"Charges of attempted murder have been leveled against Prince Steffon Baratheon. The prince and his accuser, Ser Kennos Keath, are travelling to the Twins so that His Grace the King or Lord Stark the Master of Laws can hold a trial."

The faint clop of horses hooves could be heard for several moments until the Lords and such appeared, the falling hooves becoming louder.
Steffon sighed, "Come Ser Kennos, let us have this done with." The prince dismounted and set out searching for his brother.

"So which is it going to be," Kennos asks Steffon, "Trial by word or sword? Or will you run and hide behind your brother's legs?"

Steffon shrugs, "Let us do a trial of word, then if I am guilty, I'll give you the pleasure of trying to kill me, since I know you long to do so, like a good little rebel."

Balor reads the letter, frowns and orders a scribe to pen a reply. He appears distracted and out of sorts once it is sent.

Willem watched Prince Steffon, all the while pondering if he could really let the Baratheon youth do this, he being innocent in this whole ploy. If it came to such that Steffon was found guilty, Willem decided he would confess and pay, as he rightfully should.

Steffon shrugs, "Let us do a trial of word, then if I am guilty, I'll give you the pleasure of trying to kill me, since I know you long to do so, like a good little rebel." Kennos laughs. "Spoken like a true coward. Why have one trial when you can hedge your bets with two, eh?"

"I was simply thinking, if I am found guilty, I would double your pleasure by knowing I am guilty, and killing me." Steffon continues to walk, not looking at Kennos as he speaks, his tone even. Quite unnerving.

Seth slung his bow around his shoulder as he noticed Ser Kennos and Prince Steffon walking along the grounds. He hurried to meet up with them. Finally having someone to speak with after so long.
"Hey!" He called, smiling and waving to the two of them.

Kennos smiles at the young Greyjoy. "Come to watch the trial, Seth? I'll be sure to make it entertaining."
