Callen, Tallahar Tyrell, Benjen Stark, and Sylas Caron, as well as a number of other lords and knights rode into the eastern castle of the Twins, where Riverland forces under Warren Blackwood already waited. Hopefully Randal Lannister, or his representative would arrive soon, and the march north could begin.
Once settled in Lord Frey's meeting room a meeting was called. Maps were spread on the table before them, "Lord Arryn is to take his forces by boat to White Harbour, after which he is to march north to relieve the Dreadfort, meanwhile Barret Tyrell has landed in Blazewater Bay, and is fighting the Northern forces there. We shall move north, and once Moat Cailen falls, take our army to retake Winterfell." He defferred to Balor, and Edmure, "These two shall take a small force and Lord Stark into the Neck, in hopes of finding the crannogmen, and bypassing the Moat, after which they will attempt a rescue of Lord Stark's family. Any questions?"

Balor spoke "A frontal assault on White Harbour would cost many lives, sire. I would suggest using some of the Crownlands/Dragonstone armada to shadow and protect Lord Arryn's forces and land them just to the north of White Harbour. It is well designed against seaborne threats but not so well against land-based attack. Also, without the crannogmen, we will never be able to get out of the swamplands around Moat Cailin and most of our ships would be useless in such conditions anyway. I therefore suggest I lead the craft protecting Lord Arryn's forces. My skills lie in the sea, not the swamps"

"Moat Cailin has never been taken from the south -- attacking it directly would be suicide," Warren Blackwood says. "I suggest either Rhodri or Barret's forces loop around and attack it from the north once they land. We should also not forget about the two Free Cities that have joined with Wull -- Either of their fleets would be enough to sink anything Lord Rhodri can muster."

A message arrives from the North.
"This message is addressed to the Lords assembled at the Twins-
The Reach host shortly will attempt to take Pondwater Keep. Once reinforcements arrive from the south, I will be able to launch a combined attack on Moat Cailin, with your hosts. Please send reply to Pondwater Keep.
It will be ours within a day.
Barret Tyrell"

"Where would you have me take my host? I am willing, even if i do not believe it is the right thing to do, to throw them in an attempt to take Moat Callin. However, can we not reach the north by sea, we are all of the 5 Kingdoms, i think we have enough boats to take our men across."

Lord Tallahar having traveled with the kings host is already in the chamber's, "My force oh 10,000 will be here in two weeks, then as my cousin's note suggest it would be time to lay siege to the Moat once it falls the North is ripe for the taking."

Seth had not been away from King's Landing of late, so traveling to the Riverlands had been an event in itself. During the whole ordeal of travel he had hardly seen or heard from Ser Giles. This lead to quite a bit of discomfort as he knew so few people, and the other squires seemed to be at the heels of their knights the whole while.
When they finally arrived, everyone of importance had cloistered themselves away in the warroom. Seth was left feeling rather vulnerable here in unfamiliar territory. He would occasionally attend to Giles, but it seemed as if the matters at hand were so pressing that it was of little consequence for him to help the Knight at all. He understood that larger things than he were brewing, but just seeing the Water Tower in it's quiet isolation only made his loneliness that much more obvious to himself.
Gods did he wish Mortimer could have come! It was times like these he wished he had cared enough to make more friends than the handful of youths at Grandview.
But he digressed. He kept himself relatively busy scouting around the grounds, exploring the terrain, and practicing the childlike art of eavesdropping on soldiers, particularly when they discussed fighting. Every little bit helps. He told himself.

A raven arrives for the King: "Your grace, there is no navy available to transport an army to the land surrounding White Harbor. Should I assemble my army and join you in the Neck or begin construction of a new royal fleet? The Master of Ships has only focused on enlarging his personal fleet and has neglected the Royal Fleet.
Signed, The Hand"

Randal reads Rhodris letter and then speaks
"We dont have enough ships. What are we using our fleets for. Come on, people, we must use some of these vessels to win the war. It may well screw our economy, but it will win us this war."

"My fleet is off Pyke, on the other side of Westeros and engaged in harrying the Northern forces with Lord Tyrell. It would be months before we could disengage it and put it in a position off Kings Landing. I have about 3 or 4 vessels to hand but no more. We do not have months to spare with the Free Cities forces already on the move. Surely Dragonstone, the Stormlands and the Crownlands can scrap together enough of a force to land a few thousand men?"

"Yes, Lord Greyjoy, shall i send my fleet to join you. Then we could, as Warden Tallahar says, crush them."
