The umbermen take them to a medium sized town surrounded by a wooden pallisade. The gates are barred and archers are on the walls. The look down grimly as the bandits and the remainder of their patrol return.
A young man dressed in the tabard of House Umber calls out to them "Konn! Where are the rest of your men and who are these...people"
The captain coughs, steps forward and replies "They are dead my lord. At the hands of these bandits. I thought I was dead too but they spared me and said that they wanted to talk to you" he paused and looked at Aethan to carry on
