"I am not going to tell Haley anything," says Lilith to Tallahar, removing his armor with the help of a young fair haired blacksmith. Tallahar doesn't seem to hear her, probably a good thing as she extracts the blunted blade from his chest and begins stitching interior and exterior parts of his body.
Haley rushes into the tent to see what is happening. "My love, My Sun and Stars, stay with me, don't die, don't die."

Randal happens to be in the tent, nursing a blow to the head, when Tallahar is brought in. The grieving man, still numb with his own loss, shows very little emotion. No sadness, no hapiness, nothing.

Tallahar eyes open then close again. His right hand grasp Haleys, "I love you Haley. Make sure William grows to be a good Lord."

Randal looks between the two of them, knowing exactly what Haley will go through should Tallahar perish, and, oddly enough, knowing that if he perished, Catelyn would have been right, and he would survive past the end of the tourney. A light smile touches Randal's lips.

Haley says nothing, just sits next to her love holding his hand. She sees Lord Randal watching. She both knows on a visceral level the grief he is feeling and desperately wants not to be in his situation. She nods to him.

Randal moves his head slightly, in a tiny nod. Then he presses a block of ice wrapped in a towl to the large lump on his head.
ooc: What happens next?

"Haley have I ever told you I first thought when I saw you that night. So many years ago at Winterfell."

Randal walks over to the pair, still clutching the ice to his head. "Lady Haley, Tallahar. I wish you a full recovery, for none should have to go through the pain of losing a loved one."

Francis enters, and hangs back quietly while Haley speaks with her Husband. When a moment is available, Francis approaches.
"You fought well Lord Tallahar, and upheld the honor of the whole Reach." Francis rubbed the back of his head. "Some of us gave a less impressive accounting." Seeing the wound, Francis' face remained impassive. He was not a warrior or a maester, but he knew an ugly wound when he saw one.
"Your affairs are in order?" He asks simply. "If not, you may dictate, and I will gladly take them down. Though surely it is an unnecessary precaution."

Randal withdraws without a word, leaving the tent, although leaving word that he be notified if Tallahar perishes.

"Francis everything I have is not only mine but Haley's as well. If I die of these wounds. Haley will become take up the full weight of Lady of Uplands and wield the same power I do." Tallahar eyes open and they stare up at Francis with the famous fury of Tallahar, "Do you understand Francis?"

"That is both natural and expected." Francis says, ignoring Tallahar's misdirected anger. "But you wouldn't be the first man with very particular notions about how one's items are allocated, or who had specific charges you wish carried out, that by necessity fell to a man's friends, and not his wife. I apologize for the imposition."

"Thank you Francis." Tallahar closes his eyes again.
