Participants can either send a raven to the officials or enter when they arrive.

Upon reading it Kings Landing Tallahar Tyrell sends a Raven saying he will compete in the Melee and Joust.

Also his new Captain Prime will compete in the Melee.

Also Vincent Tyrell and Ser Humfrey will be coming with Tallahar if they wish to enter.

A raven is sent stating Tytos Rivers will be entering the Melee and Joust. Hoster Ryger, Harren Smallwood, Martyn Darry, and Brynden Mooton will also all be entering the Melee and Joust.

*Note: All four are members of Tytos's outriders called the Raven Riders, and would have decent sword skill and decent lance due to their prowess in horse riding. Tytos is Master Sword, Master Lance.

Some other members of their crew may join up as well. Erik's salt wife, Rhelis, will be competing in the Horse Race.

Seth Falgrave sends a letter. If he can make it he will be participating in the Archery competition as a definite, and possible entrant into the other categories.

He also asks his old friend Randal that room be made available for him at the Rock.

Amending the original notice, Seth Falgrave writes that he will be attending the tournament for a certainty and that he will also be entering the Joust and the Melee.

Also, his young seneschal Florian will be attending the tournament, and wishes to sign up for the Melee.
