The Regent sends word that he would like Randal to arrange a special event where the winner would be then be considered for the King's Guard.
Prince Andrey Baratheon sends word that he will be attending the tourney with the best of the Stormlands' Knights. He will enter several events.

OOC: Sent mine by PM, as there's some slightly-unusual tactics involved and most of the entries will be last minute.
And, of course, the winner of the tourney will be Ser Timm Dayne, completely dropping Piers' plan in the sink.
