A herald enters the feast hall and reads an announcement aloud.
Lord Baldwin apologizes to all of his guests for the outbreak of violence earlier. He wants to assure them that this behavior is not typical of his men. To demonstrate his anger and outrage of their behavior; the four men responsible have had their right hands removed. Lord Baldwin believes this is Justice.
The Lord also wants to apologize to Lord Rindwynd Tyrell for his men's outrageous behavior. He will be along to personally apologize to Lord Tyrell as soon as his duties permit. Until then he offers this public statement of his embarrassment and anger.
That is all.

Ser Tomas Clegane enters the festivities surrounded by well-wishers and fans. Ser Clegane walks towards the an empty table shaking off the praise like a dog shaking off water. "No, it was more luck, they were close matches all."
Ser Vikter Jast and Ser Timm Vikary enter and immediately rush the bar; both men begin drinking. The hard stuff.
Lord Piers Bettley walks in followed by three guardsmen, they walk over and congratulate Tomas on his outstanding performance.

Walking up to Lord Rhodri, he asks, "My lord have you seen either Horas Blackwood or Rindwynd Tyrell?" "I have not seen Blackwood since the first night of the feast. I did speak with Lord Rindwynd at the lists, though he has not yet appeared for the feast. Would you have me send them to you should they appear?" asks Rhodri.
