OOC: The black brothers aren't necessarily -that- weak. They just think they will be significantly overpowered should it come to a fight. Benjen has all the supplies of his lands at his disposal really. It is relatively small compared to other kingdoms but nonetheless it is sizable.

"Rindwynd I insist on you taking more men. All in this room can easily call up 1000 men. I want this problem dealt with. I don't want you to realize after battle, that an extra five thousand men would have guarenteed victory. Also he may surrendor if you bring a big enough hammer." Baldwin looked at Rindwynd.

"Might I remind you Baldwin it was you that said 2000 men in the first place, but that is of small matter I shall call 1000 more knights from the reach and we shall collect 2000 more footmen from the northand Lord Baldwin since there are no Westermen in this force the remain 1000 shall be Knights and foot of your choosing as long as they are well trained. We shall meet at Winterfell in Two months time from this date. Now is there anything else anyone would like to address." Finished Rindwynd as he scanned the group of Lords.

and the Highest Ranked Royce(ooc-Obviously Baldwin would know who to send for, I just have no idea who is commanding the Royce with Breyn absent. I think Elane, but I wasn't sure.) OOC: Officially, with Breyn "in King's Landing", Ser Robert Royce, his (and my) Uncle is Castellan of Runestone and therefore in charge of military matters in the Vale. Unofficially, he functions as an underling NPC to Elane. Baldwin would of course known this. Ser Robert is in Casterly Rock for the tourney, and he is who you would have summoned.

"Lord Rindwynd, I believe Lord Baldwin was asking each of us to raise two-thousand from our respective territories, and included himself in that request. Therefore we can expect two-thousand Westermen, if I understood him correctly. I will be arranging for two-thousand Stormlanders via Lord Michael Dondarrion's authority."
"Each of the Kingdoms of the Andals is being asked to sacrifice equally, as we are all equally responsible for the well being of Westeros."
"Is that not correct, mi'lord Baldwin?"

"I thought that was obvious." Baldwin crossed his arms and nodded at Rhodri.
A page arrives bearing news of the heir's death and impending funeral. Baldwin shares the news with every one and then prepares to leave.

OOC: Yep, Ser Robert is Breyn's second-in-command.
"I will have to consult with Lord Breyn, but I am willing to rally my men, Lord Baldwin," Ser Robert said, looking slightly worried.

Argul Flowers watched Cassel with interest. He had seen no one else, not even Lord Piers, treat Baldwin with Cassel's casualness.

"Father!", Ser Allard cries, rushing in. "I am a father! It is such a great joy!"

Lord Lannister kept Angul busy with the preparations for his conference and Angual watched with profound respect as the responses came flooding back in. He was trying to reshape the politics and marketplace of Westeros and it might actually work.

Showing obvious displeasure, Allard re-enters Lord Baldwin's chambers, "Father...", he calls out in a weary voice. "The babe has dark hair, not like ours. What does this mean?"

"It means the Royce runs strong in her. It wouldn't be the first Lannister with dark hair, son." Baldwin stared at him coldly, "Also saying such things in public would be the act of a fool. It would send toungues wagging from the Wall, to the Darnish wastes."

"Why would I want a dark haired child, though? People will doubt my virility."
