"Your concerns are noted. Good day." Baldwin turns back to his men. And starts reading the papers they hand him.

Ser Doran bristles with anger at the insolence towards his lord. He desires only a quiet life these days, and such people spoils it somewhat.

Heralds, paiges and servants search the Rock looking for Horas Blackwood. They all carry the same request that he visits with Lord Baldwin in his Chambers at the earliest convenience.

Lord Baldwin sends pages running for Lord Rindwynd Tyrell, Lord Rhodri RedRoyce, Lord Terrence Blackwater, Lord Benjen Stark, and the Highest Ranked Royce(ooc-Obviously Baldwin would know who to send for, I just have no idea who is commanding the Royce with Breyn absent. I think Elane, but I wasn't sure.)
These leaders are all summoned to Lord Baldwin's Chambers. When they arrive, the Lord Hand begins,
"The King and I have corresponded and he has reached the decision that Hallise the Burnt must be dealt with. His forces are crossing into our Kingdom and that is an act of war. Each of us are to call up a force of no less then 2000 men and send them north. This force will be used to protect the North from raids, and hopefully force a confrontation with the outlaws beyond the wall."
"I have advised the King, and he accepted that we need a strong and experienced commander on this mission. Lord Rindwynd we would like you to command, and Lord Rhodri we would like you to be his second."
"I figure it will take no longer then two months to gather your forces. Then our forces should marshal at Winterfell. From that point the mission is yours to execute Rindwynd. We have faith that you will be the sword and shield needed to complete this task."
Baldwin finished and looked about the room for questions.

Will the king be providing supplies and fodder for this campain."

"Lord Benjen what supplies and fodder can you supply, we are helping your lands?
Also I had meant for you to take a much larger force. With the raiders will not attack where you are so you will have to diffuse your strength. With the Black brothers being so weak you will most likely need more men."

"I will raise the heavy horse and take charge of the cavalry, as requested. Name the numbers we need and I shall summon it. I would like to take the field again, and in defense of the realm, there is no greater purpose," Lord Redroyce says.

Lord Tallahar Tyrell is seen to burst into the Lord Baldwin's chambers, the second time in a week, Tallahar isn't surprised to find that the chambers haven't changed and how close he came to drawing a sword in this very room.
"Lord Lannister, i was summoned and given a very quick outline but would someone please tell me more about this journey i will be apart of"
