Lord Baratheon moved to his son's prone body, and checked his neck for a pulse. "Drag him over to the wall, and prop him up sitting against it," he said to a pair of nearby servants. "Don't want him to drown in his own blood, but he can sleep this one off, I think. The lad'll be buying me a new horse come morning," he said with another laugh.
"It appears you made the better wager, Ser. Your horse awaits you outside, when we depart. It seems one of my guardsmen will be walking back to the city tomorrow," he added with a chuckle.

Oswyn slept peacefully, having received exactly what he wanted, a momentary reprieve from his own mind.
(OOC: Damn I just saw the "jousting" suggestion. That would have been awesome! Haha someone fetch some smelling salts and grab the lances!)

Gwayne finished his water and then called for the servants to bring him wine before he looked up at Lord Cave. "I hope you found our little fight satisfying, my lord, even if it was not farcical enough for your taste. Perhaps you might tempt someone else to joust."
He then turned to Daenya. "Well, my lady, it's time to claim my reward."
He was bruised from the fight, but he managed to sweep her off her feet, lifting her into his arms and carrying her into the room set aside for him. Setting her down, he kissed her fiercely, his blood up from the fight.

"Looks like I did," Crawley grins. "I once heard somebody say all Baratheons look alike. But I think y'took it a bit too literally with the matched broken noses."

Lord Barathwn let out a booming laugh as he downed another gobletful of wine. "That has indeed been said, but I imagine it is not often made fact such as it has this day." After trying to introduce herself to the host, Lord Saxon, the next series of events made Jennalynn return to her place along the wall. This party was nothing like any other party or feast she had attended, and she felt completely out of place as she watched the fight over the Targaryen woman.
"Lord Saxon, I was wondering if there are a room where I can rest for a moment? I feel a little flustered."

Saxon stood, "Why my dear Lady Jennalynn, I do apologize, I am simply falling down as a host. It would be easier, of course, if my guests weren't knocking each other down. There are rooms for every guest, you'll find yours on the second door to the left. If you've some time, I should very much like to visit with you though. Part of the fun of parties is to meet people you do not know."

"I'm pleased you think so," he said. "Do you enjoy seeing men fight for your favours?"
He called for the servant to pour wine for them.

"Who would not be flattered by such a thing?" Daenya replied, "Is there some woman I should slay to win your honor?"

"Hardly. But such deeds of valour require great rewards, do they not?" As he was waiting for the servant to pour for them, he moved to kiss her again.

Daenya kissed him and ran her hand through his hair. "Well you are eager. Have you kissed a girl before?"

Gwayne laughed at that.
"Many times. But it's been a long time since I kissed any woman but one. And she's not here, nor am I married to her. And my lady intrigues me."

"You find me intriguing... well that is interesting." She smiled at him, "Why do you feel that way?"

He smiled back and pulled her close.
"My lady is beautiful and charming and I want to know more about her. Her interests, her history, the usual sort of thing."
