"Fair enough. At least you'll have scars you can be proud of, when you return to your family."

Aenys spoke to Lysannda Martell. "What do you see?" Then after he spoke he turned to the rest of the Commanders. "What are your strengths?"

Captain Jaqen listened to the bickering nobles with irritation. He was already frustrated since they were told they meant to keep this dingy keep rather than sack it, and plunder had been light in the campaign thus far.

"Infantry, heavy casualties. Fewer among the cavalry. Still banged up pretty rough." Eirek replied to the Toad.

After a great deal of argument with those in the medical tent and a few threats, Oswyn had been carried up in a litter to the tower.
He was propped up in a chair by two attendants, legs haning down uselessly, as he morosely watched the planning of a battle he would not be able to take part in.

"I still have my Engines, and my men are bloodied badly, many Infantry died on the left flank however I still have my knights and archers ready." Harold walked up and looked over the balcony to the lands below. "I also have some Mallister warships with me, but not enough to consider a fleet."

"I figure I'm strong at near about everything, yer grace." Ser Crawley grins. "Oh, you mean how many men we got left? Most of 'em, yer grace, the Knights're good."

Aenys spoke to Lysannda Martell. "What do you see?" Then after he spoke he turned to the rest of the Commanders. "What are your strengths?" "More work," she answered softly as he turned around. She let the others give a tally of their forces before she reported on hers. "Infantry suffered heavily, cavalry and archers in good condition."

After a great deal of argument with those in the medical tent and a few threats, Oswyn had been carried up in a litter to the tower. He was propped up in a chair by two attendants, legs haning down uselessly, as he morosely watched the planning of a battle he would not be able to take part in. Sammael rested one hand lightly on his son's shoulder, giving it a small squeeze for reassurance, though the motion would likely have been missed by anyone not explicitly looking for it. About his son's wounds he said nothing, but it was clear to all that he beamed with pride at Oswyn's courage and bravery, charging into the keep at the head of their knights. He'd interrogated the hedge maesters for close to an hour about the state of his son's wounds, frantically afraid that his heir would never walk again, but three of them had eventually been able to assure him that Oswyn would walk, run, ride, and fight as well as he ever had, after a few months time to heal. "The bulk of my knights remain intact," he said to the Hand. "We took relatively few casualties after the charge and mopped up quickly enough inside. What we lack, however, are supplies. The castle was not provisioned for a long siege, and we may have difficulty feeding the men that remain to us, unless we can be supplied by sea. Has there been word from the fleet yet?"

"The Light Stampede is well," Captain Jaqen said, "Took a few casualties at the gate, but nothing major. Horses could do with a rest, but they'll manage."

Aenys looked around, "Our navy has been defeated the Volantis and Tyr men land even as we speak." He looked at Baratheon, "What do you recommend?"

"I wonder if there is any among those landing who can speak for the city," Baratheon said scratching his beard. "We just obliterated one of their armies, we've got a thousand prisoners, and on a clearer day we might even be able to see Tyrosh from this tower. Perhaps we should offer them terms, a surrender they can accept. How many more mercenary companies can they possibly afford to hire? Myr and Tyrosh must acknowledge his Grace, the King's, control over the Stepstones and swear not to interfere with shipping or construction, but make the indemnity and ransom of these prisoners small. Maybe they'll swallow it, and we've got all we wanted out of these islands now that this one has been taken."

"I agree, but I feel we may need to expect for an ambush, they may be out for blood." He says.
