Finn looked over his shoulder with annoyance, and walked with Mariya away from the too men, before chuckling to himself.
"C'mon," he said, looking around to see if they had picked up a new tail as they headed down the streets.

"You sure they're no danger to us?" Mariya asked, meaning the men they had just fled from, now inclined to be suspicious of anyone they met before they reached the Hightower.

"I'm almost positive they are a danger," Finn replied, "That's why we're not going home yet."

"Tavern hopping," Finn replied, putting his arm around Mariya's waist again as they strolled. And looked for a likely bar.

"Oh. I've never done that before," she confided. "I didn't think it's something you would have done much, either."

Finn picked one called The Bookshelf, and ducked inside. Once in he found a seat for them where he could observe the front door.

Finn nodded. That made him happy. "Very good." he said, "just an ale then," He said.
He took Mariya's hand and patted it contentedly, as he watched the door to see if anyone came through looking for them.

The Waitress walked away.
A man in a cloak entered, and then peeled it off. He walked slowly to the bar. His nose seemed to have been replaced with a flesh colored turnip.

Finn eyed the man out of his peripheral vision, looking for some indicator that the man was doing the same. He didn't think Turnip Face was the same men who had been following them earlier (OOC: Is he?)
