Gregor nodded, not exactly sure what to say to that. He wondered if the Hightowers would allow children, which they were in the eyes of the gods and realm, to participate in the search for whoever had been behind the attack on the King. Gregor was certain that he wouldn't be able to help much anyway, his body stopped him from that.
"Let us just hope that they find the ones responsible for the attack soon, no one will be safe until they have. What's to say that they won't try again? And who can you really trust when everyone you meet is a possible suspect."

Gregor nodded before he slowly tried to lower himself off the chair and onto the floor. He sighed deeply as he hit the floor, his knees was a bit stiff after having been still for so long and having walked all those stairs to the rookery.
"Yes, fortunately it's nothing I need to worry about, however I do need to worry about being late to my classes with Maester Lymon, so I think I will have to go now. It takes a long time to get down all those stairs. Will you acccompany me, or will you wait for the letter from your father?"

Gerold shrugged. He didn't see that point in sticking around waiting for a letter than might never arrive, but who was he to judge the boy's wishes.
"Very well, I do hope that the letter arrives soon enough. Maybe I'll see you around the library later then, if not I hope that you have a nice day." he said before making the hardous journey down the flight of stairs.
