Lord Dustin, having consulted with his wife about her negotiations, dispatches a raven to Lord Lannister.

Lord Lannister,

It pleases me that Lord Bettley and my Lady Wife were able to come to terms regarding my intended venture. You should have received word that I am now installed Lord Regent over the young Stark Lord. This has not changed my disposition on the matters discussed. The only thing it has changed, is that I will be personally unable to leave Winterfell while the Stark baby grows... So we should need to communicate via raven or proxy during that time. To that end, we should discuss marriage arrangements between our houses.
