This is what I have so far, hope its not too confusing. Where I have included the + or - in brackets it shows the region modifiers as they are all different. If you post it in the New Players come Here section with all the other houses, other players cantake a look and they might think of something to improve it that I've forgotten.

You can have 5 tier 2 characters as well, who will be family members and/or superior household members for example steward, septon (priest), maester (counsellor/healer), captain of the guard. I'd suggest thinking about those roles so we can get you some characters made for them too. You needn't play them straight away if you don't want to rush into playing a whole bunch of characters at once but I think Smith might prefer them to have names and skills so they are already established when you do want them.
I'd be happy to help you expand your genealogy to brothers and sisters of the head of house and their children if you need me to do so.
