The first draw is Ser Garlan Frey vs Daryn Dustin
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Frey looks down the line, and focus his eye square on the chest of Daryn. Daryn stares back coldly.
The two man clash forward at one another horses screaming, and Garlan strikes home his lance smashing the Northmen from his mount screaming.
Ser Garlan Frey wins the match, and advances.

The next draw is Ser Mandon Stonecrab vs Ser Harry Oldflower
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Stonecrab looks at Oldflower, and frowns. The man seems to be swaying out of his saddle. Oldflower seems to be singing a drunken tune. Stone crab shrugs, and then lowers his lance.
Oldflower lowers his lance, and then shrugs, dropping the lance. There is a moment as Oldflower's squire fetches his lance.
The two men charge, and Oldflower falls from his horse at the lightest tap of Ser Mandon's lance.
Ser Mandon Stonecrab wins the match, and advances.

The next draw is Ser Gruffydd Harlaw vs Ser Triston Toland
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Harlaw takes his place and eyes the soft Dornish knight with a grimace. Triston has the same distate for a Ironborn aback a horse.
The two men charge, and it is a wash. Both lances crack, but neither man is unhorsed. Even though it does look like Toland, is shaking his head.
They rearm with two fresh lances, and it begins again. This time Toland is knocked from his horse, and to the ground.
Harlaw wins the match, and adavnaces.

Ser Mandon Stonecrab is not a noted champion, nor is he from a great house, but his armor is very finely made, suggesting great wealth. The crest on his helm is shaped like a crab, claws outstretched.
Mandon chuckles as he easily unhorses the other Reachman. After the joust, he has his squire deliver a bottle of Arbor Gold to the defeated knight.

Harlaw roars triumphantly as he unseats his Dornish opponent, removing his helm and sneering down at the fallen Rhoynish knight. He salutes the King's box, and then moves off the field, to watch the next tilt.

Ser Garlan raises his broken lance in triumph, before tossing it aside.
He acknowledges the King by crossing a fist over his chest and making a short bow, before exiting the field.

Old Daryn Dustin can barely hold his lance due to the fingers on his right hand that were smashed in the melee. He falls easier than even his age would belie, and mutters to himself, "I'm too old for this shit."

The next draw is Ser Ronald Norcross vs Lord Alaric Corbray
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Lord Corbray is cool and collected. Norcross seems more tense. They both prepare, and then charge across the field. On the first pass Norcross shatters his lance, but Corbray stays ahorse.
They restock, and turn their mounts about preparing for a second pass. They charge, and again Norcross shatters his lance against Corbray, but still Corbray stay mounted.
On the third pass Corbray tilts inward, and lands his lance squarely against the shield of Norcorss sending the Reachman down to the ground. The Royce supporters cheer.
Lord Corbray wins the match, and advances.

The next draw is Ser Roland Royce vs Jasper of Kings Landing
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Roland is still aching slightly from the Melee, and he eyes the Hedgeknight closely. Jasper came out of no where to do quite well in this tourney, but seems a tad nervous jousting in front of so many people.
They two men line up, and charge. Roland's lance is true, and Jasper is eliminated from the Tournament.
Ser Roland Royce wins, and advances.

The next draw is Ser Gerard Dayne vs Ser Samuel Frey
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Dayne rides out easily wearing a piece of silk, a small favor from a woman in the crowd. He bowed his head to her, and took his place. Frey rode out slowly, and turned his horse to face the Dornish man.
It seemed too easy, but Dayne landed a single blow that knocked Frey flying from his horse.
Ser Gerard Dayne wins the match, and advances.

The next draw is Ser Uhlrohd Dalt, the Maester vs Ser Allard Lannister
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Dalt rides to his place, he is known for his great intelligence, and his great experience. Even though his name was given in Jest he has come to embrace it, and now wears a chain made out of the armor and weapons of defeated foes.
Allard Lannister is quick, and has won jousts before. He has never defeated a foe in real battle, but his skill at Tourneys has become reknown.
The two men take their places and stare down their lances at one another. With a charge they come crashing into one another. Two lances shatter, but neither man falls from the horse.
They turn around, and look back at one another. Allard roars with laughter, and grabs up a new lances.
Dalt studies Allard and runs through the pass in his mind. The crowd whispers among themselves. Dalt has never lost a match after the first pass.
They charge one another again, and this time only Dalt's lance crackes. Allard, can be heard to be cursing as he spins his mount about ready to charge back immediately.
On this pass Dalt takes the young lion down from his saddle with an ease and grace that cause many to leap to their feet in applause.
Ser Uhlrohd Dalt, the Maester wins the match and advances.

The next draw is Ser Harys Frey vs Bowen Dustin
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Ser Harys and Bowen ride out slowly, but the joust is over fast. Ser Harys' horse stumbles, ad Bowen unhorses Frey quickly.
Bowen Dustin advances.

The next draw is Ser Ryon Redwyne vs Felwick Gower
The two men salute the king, and then ride to their places.
Even sitting in his throne on his dais the King must look up at Gower. Redwyne looks up at the monstrously large Gower, and feels a brief moment of panic.
They ride apart, and the entire crowd seems enthralled but the Giant jousting the much smaller man.
They charge at one another, and they met in the middle. As Ryon sees his lance crack for a brief moment he has hope, then he feels the pain of a lance cracking into his torso, and flinging him away bodily from his mount.
Felwick Gower advances to the next round.
