"I can send couriers, but it will take time to reach the other cites, and equal time returning. Perhaps for the next time you return." He replied, "But this is costly."

Ser Mandon nods. "Of course. But I think you will want to hear my information before we start tallying costs. Lord Julio has rediscovered the secret to making Valyrian steel, and he can make it in bulk. House Redwyne has the contract for selling it in Westeros, but if you desire it on this side of the sea Julio is the only dealer." Mandon smiles. "Interesting, isn't it?"

Torios nodded, and licked his finger, "And this is true?"

"It is," Mandon says. "I have tested the steel myself, and it is stronger, lighter, and sharper than any metal I have ever seen, though the process only allows for small pieces to be formed."

Aziezal's eyes flashed, and he seemed to be adding sums in his head, "That is quite the stroke of brilliance my friend."

"So then," Mandon says, patting the Harbormaster on the shoulder, "You will find me the location of this wayward exile by the next time I am in Braavos?"

"I will." He replied, and then after a moment, he nodded, "Yes I will."

"Good," Ser Mandon says. "Shall we eat? The smell of that delicious food is driving me mad."

"Of course." He stood slowly, and spoke to his daughter, "Jalissa, please entertain our guest, while I ready the table."
Jalissa turned a smile on to Mandon immediately, "Ser, my I ask. What is the greatest difference between this land, and the land of your fathers?"

"I suppose how it's run," Ser Mandon says. "We've got a king in Westeros, and all the lords swear their loyalty to him. And every lord has hundreds of smallfolk, who work the land for him. A bit different from over here, from what I can tell."

Jalissa shook her head, "Here there is a Sea Lord like your King. And below him several powerful lords have lords who serve them and the city folk, and small foll in the farms. The same but different I think"

"I didn't know your folk had much for farms. I suppose they're not on the island," Mandon says.

"The Island of Braavos is larger then just the city, perhaps the size of your island. You are from an island correct?" She said, "Most think of it as just a city, but there is more."

Mandon nods with polite interest. "Yes, the Arbor is an island as well. I've heard that when your Sea Lord dies, his son does not take his place. Is that true?"

She nodded, "Yes, it is not the blood that we measure, but the skill of a man. The Sea Lord must be capable, and strong otherwise Braavos no longer titan, but crumble."
