I suggest these write ups for Deep Den since I selfishly consider my death an important turning point as Alexander would have forced marched the army to King Landing and might have been able to make a difference in the defense of KL:

The First Battle of Deep Den: The Crown army consisting of 7500 men of the west led by Legendary General Phillip Lefford and 10,000 Crownlanders led by the Lord Hand Alexander Irwyn repulse an invader army of 47,500 at the walls of Deep Den.

The Second Battle of Deep Den: Stormlanders led by Grant Connington hoping to aid the reinforcements are attacked by the bulk of the invaders, the garrison under Irwyn and Lefford attempt to sortie but are repulsed. The Stormlanders are outnumbered and bloodied before they can retreat.

The Final Battle of Deep Den: The army of the invaders attempts once more to defeat the crown at Deep Den launching an attack with 32,000 men against 9,500 of the defenders. Lord Irwyn dies in an apparent friendly fire incident after slaying the Basilisk General in single combat. Lord Lefford dies at the walls of the keep and all appears lost until the garrison is reinforced from a combined Reach army of 30,000 under Cleon Tyrell and Rodney Blackbar. The Far Reach goes into mourning and refuses to march after suspicion over Irwyn's death.

The Ambush at Raventree Hall: King Erik Greyjoy is taken by surprise by a Northern host commanded by Olander Reed which he thought to be friendly outside Raventree Hall. Severely outnumbered, Erik and his troops are defeated and he captured, though he personally manages to cut down a half-dozen highborn opponents and untold multitudes of lesser foes.

War of the Stag and Dragon, 505-506 AC: Pitted King Rodrick Baratheon versus King Aegon Targaryen IX.
Result: Victory by Aegon Targaryen IX.
Battle of Horn Hill: Horn Hill is taken by Ser Kit Kidwell and Ser Rhodri Royce
Battle of Lannisport: Lannisport is taken by Lord Luceon Hightower the Lewd
Battle of Casterly Rock: King Callen Baratheon is defeated by King Aegon Targaryen IX and his dragon Aelerion.

The Three Kings War, 512 AC: Pitted King Aedon Targaryen (the Bloody) versus King Michael Dondarrion (the Lightning King) versus King Callen Baratheon (the Lost Stag).
Result: Victory by King Callen Baratheon.
Battle of King's Landing: A battle between King Aedon and King Michael in which both were killed. King's Landing was almost completely burned and the dragon Aelerion was killed.

Allard's War, 513 AC: Pitted King Allard Lannister against the rest of the Seven Kingdoms.
Result: Victory by King Callen Baratheon.

The Northern War, 513: Pitted Lord Wull and Lance Sand, as well as much of the Night's Watch and the North, against the South.
Result: Victory by King Callen Baratheon.
Battle of Pondwater Keep: A victory by Lord Barret Tyrell.
Battle of Moat Cailin: A victory by King Callen Baratheon, Lord Barret Tyrell and Lord Sylas Caron (despite dying in the battle).

Fossoway's Folly, 515 AC: Pitted the Reach against the Crown.
Result: Victory was won by King Rickon Baratheon and his subjects. Resulted in the division of the Reach. King Callen Baratheon also died during this war.
Battle of Crakehall: Crakehall was seized by Lord Floren Hewett.
The Sacking of Nightsong: Nightsong was sacked by Lord Tallahar Tyrell.

Andry's War, 519 AC: Pitted Prince Andry Baratheon and Braavos against the rest of the united Westeros.
Result: Victory by King Rickon Baratheon and his subjects.
Battle of Sunspear: Sunspear is taken by the Ironborn.
The Battle of Fire and Blood: The forces of King Regent Piers Bettley are driven to confusion and attack each other. Ultimately they do overcome this and win out in the end.

The Crow's Coup, 521-522 AC: Pitted the unofficial King Regent Horas Blackwood against the official King Regent Benfry Smith.
Result: Victory by King Rickon Baratheon and King Regent Benfry Smith.
Battle of Rosby: Karlon Barclay invades the Crownlands which are held by Lord Jaehaerys Velaryon. He siezes Rosby.
Battle of Seagard: Seagard is taken by the Ironborn.
Battle of Bear Island: Lord Lydden and a small host of Westermen and Northerners unsuccessfully try to seize Bear Island.
Battle outside King's Landing: The Stormland host turns against Lord Jaehaerys Velaryon, whose host is completely crushed. The Crownlands merge armies and help to lay siege to the city.
Battle of King's Landing: Lord Tallahar Tyrell and Lord Rindwynd Tyrell help to open a gate for the Stormlands host, which then enters the city and is able to take it.

The War of Dornish Secession, 522 AC: After Lord Horas Blackwood died, Dorne under Princess Tristeza Martell seceded from the Iron Throne. This war pitted Dorne against the rest of the kingdoms.
Result: Victory by the allied forces of the Crown.
Battle of Wyl: Allied forces seizes Wyl in the Boneway.
The First Battle of Lemonwood: Allied forces take Lemonwood.
The Battle of Starfall: The Ironborn seize Starfall.
The Second Battle of Lemonwood: A Dornish force under Lord Quentin Fowler try to retake Lemonwood unsuccessfully.
The Battle of Yronwood: Stormland forces under Lord Caffern take Yronwood.
The Battle of Sunspear: Allied forces take Sunspear. It is then burned and razed by the grieving Lord Alexander Irwyn.
The Battle of Kingsgrave: Kingsgrave falls easily to the allied armies, but many men are lost to Dornish ambushes prior to the start of the battle.
The Battle of Salt Shore: The Ironborn take Salt Shore.
The Battle of Godsgrace: Dornish peasants open the gates for the allied Crown forces to easily take the keep.
The Battle of Vaith: Dornish peasants open the gates for the allied Crown forces to easily take the keep.
The Battle of Tor: The Ironborn take Tor.
The Battle of High Hermitage: Dornish peasants open the gates for the Crown forces to easily take the keep.
The Battle of Blackmont: Crown forces take Blackmont.
The Battle of Ghaston Grey: Ironborn take the prison isle of Ghaston Grey.
The Battle of Skyreach: Crown forces easily take Skyreach which had little defense left. After siezing the castle, the grieving Lord Tallahar Tyrell burned the castle down.
The Battle of Sandstone: Crown forces sieze Sandstone after a hard fought battle by the Dornish. After siezing the castle, the grieving Lord Tallahar Tyrell burned the castle down.
The Battle of Hellholt: Lord Irwyn's allied crown host faces off against Lord Fowler. The latter is killed and his army surrenders.

The Great Western War, or, The Basilisk Invasion, 526 AC: As a consequence of sending men into unknown lands, a giant invasion force lands on Westerosi soil determined to conquer them.

The Assault of Lannisport: Defenders are overwhelmed by the invaders.
The Assault of Seagard: Defenders are overwhelmed by the invaders and treacherous Ironborn.
The Assault of Casterly Rock: Defenders are overwhelmed by the invaders.
The Assault of Bear Island: Northerners defeat a garrison of Ironborn men.

The Fall of Riverrun: A western army under Lord Justin Prester capture Riverrun from its meager garrison.
The Battle of the Searoad Fort: A small loyalist army under Lord Winsiter Oakheart defeats a Mander army outside of Old Oak, Lord Tyrell is captured.
The Fall of Bear Island: An Ironborn fleet under Lord Qhored Harlaw seizes Bear Island.
The Sacking of Runestone: A mercenary army hired by the crown sacks Runestone.
The First Battle of Harrenhal: The loyalist army defeats the riverland host again, Lords Tully and Blackwood are captured.
The Battle of Gulltown: The mercenary army burns Gulltown's docks and and the Vale fleet.
The Fall of the Shield Islands: An ironborn fleet under Lord Bannen Blacktyde seizes the Shield Islands.
The Second Battle of Harrenhal: The western host is defeated by the crown armies outside of Harrenhal.
The Fall of Moat Cailin: The remnant of Rickon Baratheon, the Horned Wolf's armies seize Moat Cailin after Rickon is killed in a duel with Lord Olander Reed.
The Battle Along the Trident: The remainder of the scattered riverland armies under Lord Tristfer Vance defeat a loyalist army under Lord Danton Massey.
The Battle of Moat Cailin: A Northern host under Lord Cregan Cerwyn retakes Moat Cailin from the Horned Wolf's men.
The Fall of Seagard: A northern host under Brandon Cerwyn seizes Seagard.
The Battle of the Rose Field: A rebel stormland army under Lord Breck Dondarrion is defeated by a loyalist stormland host under Lord Daven Monmouth, Lord Dondarrion is captured.
The Third Battle of Harrenhal: A Vale army under Ser Scot Royce defeats a loyalist army under King Rodrick and Yancey Smallwood at Harrenhal.
The Battle of Horn Hill: The Far Reach army under Lord Justin Hightower and a small Mander army under Lord Craych Tyrell defeat a loyalist Mander army under Lord Derrick Rowan.
The Battle of White Harbor: A Loyalist fleet under Ser Stafford Mallister sinks a northern fleet near White Harbor, but leaves the city untouched.
The Trial of Seven: All fighting is halted when the High Septon calls for a Trial of Seven to determine the war's outcome. King Rodrick III Baratheon and six of his warriors defeat the seven champions brought together against him, though eleven men are killed in total and all of the rebelling armies bend the knee in response to the outcome.Ω
