Three dozen Traitors Sons occupy positions surrounding the court, while the Kingsguard protects the dais where the King and judges sit. All members in attendance are searched and then escorted to their seats. High born men and women are given seats towards the front, with knights closer to the back, and small folk given a position in a balcony off to the side.
Lord Conwell Lannister enters, and takes a seat on King Daemon's right.
Becca Thatcher sits off to the left side of the court room alongside Queen Morgan and Lady Desmona Grafton.
Lords Tito Brax, Montegomery Musgood and Jamie Farman sit in the front row center.

Prince Maekar Targaryen sat in attendance. His face is unreadable as he looks at Daeron.

Milo takes up the position of accuser, shuffling around some papers with notations in a strange unreadable scrawl.
Two guards escort Prince Trystane Martell into his position on the Judges' Dais. There is a whispering from the audience until Captain Konrad slams the butt of his spear onto the marbled floor. The sound makes Lord Conwell cringe.

"This court will now come to order," King Daemon's herald cries out, "We are here, because Lord Milo Bettley, King's Master of Whisperers, has accused Prince Daeron Targaryen, Lord of Highgarden, of sedition and treason. Prince Daeron, how do you answer these charges? Guilty or No?"

"Not guilty, of course." Daeron replied with a measured voice.

"let the scribes record Prince Daeron as protesting his innocences," The herald says. He turns to the King and nods.
Daemon looks down upon Daeron, then turns to Milo. "Lord Bettley, if you'll begin."
"Very well, your grace, milord judges," Bettley says, with a measured smile as he steps from behind his podium, "It is with a very heavy heart that I find myself forced to accuse the Lord of Highgarden, the King's own brother, of such dastardly crimes. Yet it is nevertheless the case. I will show, through witness testimony, that Prince Daeron had hatched a scheme to raise rebellion against his grace, and that he did recruit allies for that purpose. I will further show, that Prince Daeron did speak sedition against his grace's throne, speaking libel and slander against his grace King Daemon, and her grace, Queen Joanna. This will be proven through witnesses and facts, and at the end of the day will be absolutely indisputable."
Daemon nods thoughtfully. "Prince Daeron... a few short words in your defense before witnesses are called?"

"All I can say that this notion is ridiculous." Daeron announced. "Sure, I am an outspoken man at times, but treason is not crime I would ever commit. So let these 'witnesses' make their statements, that have probably been beaten into them."

Milo shook his head with a bemused grin.
King Daemon frowned, while Lord Conwell readjusted his seat to get more comfortable.
"Call your first witness."
"I call Goodman Hurgood of Lannisport, a Barkeep at a place called the Golden Hind."
In a series of questions and answers, Milo asks the barkeep the following:
Do you work at the Golden Hind in Lannisport: Yes Did Lord Steffon Baratheon stay at the Golden Hind: Yes Did you overhear a conversation between Lord Steffon and Prince Daeron?: Yes. What was the conversation about?:
Prince Daeron was complaining about the King's marriage to Queen Joanna. Lord Steffon suggested that perhaps the King had had Lord Jon Royce murdered. Prince Daeron asserted that he had sex with his sister Queen Joanna. Lord Steffon blamed Queen Joanna saying she was leading the realm to war. Prince Daeron blamed King Daemon, calling him perverse. Prince Daeron suggested that the King had the High Septon murdered. They discussed the defenses of their respective keeps, saying they could not be protected from Dragons. Prince Daeron suggested that he would approach the Sages of Lannisport, seeking a poison to kill the Dragons.
How did you interpret Prince Daeron's words?:
I believed he sought a poison to kill King Daemon's Dragons.
King Daemon's coutenance got darker and darker as the Barkeep spoke. He turned to Prince Daeron.
"Prince Daeron, you may question the witness."
