Ladies Favor jousting: Here is my idea in the stands the front row is only for the ladies. As each sits they are given like three or four handkerchiefs. Conwell will pick one champion, and for a knight to challenge him they must ask for a favor from one of the ladies. No Knight may challenge unless he has a favor. And the Joust is over when the ladies run out of favors.
This will obviously mean inventing some NPC ladies, but it should be a fun way to get the woman involved in something they do not normally compete it.

Kinda crazy but knowing our players they might like it.
Strip Archery- Played in the ballroom. Only open to the nobles. All gather in the hall and set up five targets. Take a drink of wine and fire. The one who scores best stays dressed will the losers take off a piece of clothing.

Some short of Ship battle... for real, or this might be where to do the fun girl boy event.
Naval warfare if we have enough people with the skill.
Maybe hold the melee on a ship.
Or dingy racing for girl and boy teams.

I was thinking a version of the Assassin game.
Every participant is given a card with another player's name, and in a certain color; and a wooden dagger. The must get close to their Target and touch them with the blade of a wooden dagger, and when they do they take that player's card. When they get the cards of all the different colors they win the game.
If some one tries to kill you, you can not kill them but if you touch them with your dagger before they touch you with theirs they have to wait 24 hours until they can try to kill you again.

I really like these ideas.
One thing I thought would be to have each lady get three favors. and if the guy they pick wins, they keep it, and if they pick a loser, then they lose the favor. that way we can have a female "winner" who picked the most winners.

That works. for me as well.
Also maybe make it so the guys can no ask, but simple talk to the ladies, and hope they get a favor.

Yeah, or just have them line up, and let the women question them.
