Steffon arrives and seeks out Lord Musgood in the guest chambers.
"How can I help you, my lord?" he asked, wearing sweat-stained garb still dusty from the road.

Lord Musgood stood and smiled at his guest, "Can I get you a drink or some sweet bread?"

"Surely, my lord," Steffon said good naturally. He gestured to a servant, who ran off to fetch wine and the desired sweetbread. This was his castle, after all.
"May I ask why you've come to Storm's End, Lord Musgood?"

Musgood nodded, "Of course you may. Did you have a pleasant trip? I had not been able to figure where you had been riding?"

"Just a pleasure ride, my lord," Steffon replied easily, drinking deeply from the wine a servant brought out for them. "Not the best vintage, I am afraid, but hosting court somewhat depleted my wine cellar."

Musgood nodded, "I can imagine. Luckily my holdings are too small to invite the attentions of his royal personage. I will never have that odious task I think."

"Odious is not the word I would use to describe hosting my royal brother and his court," Steffon replied. "It is my pleasure to host his grace the King, though I'll admit care not for the undesirable element that sometimes follows the court."

"Which elements are those? I find most of the attendants to be quite entertaining." Musgood replied offhandedly.

"Well I would not invite Dornishmen into my home, nor would I offer them hospitality, save if the King was instructing me to do so," Steffon replied.

"They are rather dirty. And I do not mean in the messy sense." Musgood replied.

"Lord Musgood, I could talk about wine and my opinions of Dorne all day, but I am sure that you had some business to conduct in Storm's End. What does his grace require of me?" Steffon asked.

"We have come to tell you that you will not have to pay that fine to Dorne." Musgood said quietly.

Steffon arched one eyebrow at Musgood, a trick he'd learned from his father. It gave him a quizzical expression. "I must ask why, my lord, though something tells me not to look a gift horse in the mouth, so to speak."
