The Lord Hand seeks out Daemon.

[The Smith]

Daemon is seated, and staring into the fire deep in thought, he spoke softly, "Yes Lord Valrus?"

"We found Royce's body, Grace." He said somberly, seating himself.

[The Smith]

The King nodded, "What else did you find?"

[Deleted]

"He and twenty men at arms had been cut down, though not all at once. It seemed that those that survived the initial struggle were executed after the fact." He harumphed, clearing his throat.

"Their assailants were ahorse, as we found ample evidence through the plethora of horsetracks and the height and positioning of the wounds. Not far from the spot, Lucas Templeton was found, also dead."

[The Smith]

"And the enemies' dead?" Daemon asked.

[Deleted]

"No where to be found. It is presumed that they were taken by their own men." He sighed. "I fear it has been drawn to circle, no leads anywhere."

[The Smith]

"Valrus, I could not be more serious when I say this. I want these men found, and executed. And I want to know why. And if I do not get these... I am going to have to decide if you are worthy of being my hand."

"I will make it my number one priority, Daemon. This realm will not function without law and order, it will be done."

[The Smith]

Daemon nodded his head, "Does anything else need to be said? If not you are dismissed."

"It does not, my King." He said, and bustled away from the room quietly.

Daeron strolled happily into his brother's solar. "Daemon?"

[The Smith]

"Daeron." The King studied his brother, "You look much happier then when I last saw you. Is it being a father?"

[Flex]

"Perhaps, though I have not seen the child yet." Daeron said, remaining standing. "I am sorry for that outburst at Kings Landing; it was an unfit thing to do."

[The Smith]

Daemon waved his hand, "No worries my brother. You have always been a man of passion, and you reacted as such. I was not offended."
