Letters are distributed throughout the Mander, describing how Selwyn Dawnrose has declared himself Lord of Dawnrose Keep. He details how his Brother has attempted to deny him a birthright for several years, and he insists that he will no longer be denied.

500 Knights and 1000 Men-At-Arms have already sworn to Selwyn.
