Robert descends from the mountain, moving into the forested area below. His first thought is to make himself a weapon.
He searches the ground for a sharp rock to sharpen a long stick into a spear-like weapon with.

After a short while Robert snaps off a tree limb, and begins to sharpen it with the rock. He throws it to test it, giving the ground a short stab and the stick snaps useless. He curses and tries again.
After several more attempts, Robert manages to shave a point onto a durable stick. He is about to congratulate himself, when he realizes the sun has gone down, and he has neither fire nor shelter.

Robert is sitting around his fire with enough spears to make a very attractive motte and bailey, in his tattered and miserable looking deer skin, which is beginning to smell terrible.

Robert gives consideration to making the motte and bailey, but decides against it.
He ties the spears together in a bundle using some reeds he found by the stream. Then he makes a sling out of the reeds to carry the spears on his back.
As he stands, he smells himself.
"Ser Robert, you stink like boar's ass," he said to himself, as he began to walk through the forest. "I do hope you don't come across any pretty noblewomen while you're out here, what a terrible first impression. Best head to the stream to wash and see if you can't find yourself some new attire."

As Robert moves back towards the area where he made his camp, he hears what sounds like a dry hacking cough in the under brush.
"huuf-huuff.huuufff."
