The Invasion of Lorath: The Free Alliance must first fight their way past the Lorathi/Braavosi Navy which is protecting the harbor.
Round 1:
Rodrick Baratheon:109 (11 Ships, Outnumbered -5, Heavy Damage -25%)
Andro Gyernis: 129 (15 Ships, Outnumbered -5, Heavy Damage -25%)
Myrish Capt: 89 (15 Ships, Outnumbered -5, Heavy Damage -25%)
vs.
B. Captain:180 (47 ships, Outmaneuvered -10,)
Lorath Capt:72 (6 ships, Outmaneuvered -10, Light damage -5%, Heavy Damage -25%,Average damage -15% )
The Lorathi navy is out in front like a picket force, and it takes the full front of the initial Free Alliance assault, with all of the Free Captains punishing it with rams and arrows. Unfortunately, distracted by the pickets, they are unprepared for the larger force of Braavosi ships, which take them in the flank, doing heavy damage to the Free Alliance vessels. Rodrick's stay in the fight, while once again he is abandoned by his Free Alliance Allies. The Lorathi navy flees, after almost 50% of it is sent to the bottom.
Round 2:
Rodrick Baratheon: 137 (8 Ships Outnumbered 5:1 -40)
B. Captain: 115 (47 Ships, Average Damage-15%)
Rodrick's ships have learned the game now, and they spread out, to prevent the Braavosi from ganging up on them. With superior sailorship they sink several of the enemy vessels.
Round 3:
Rodrick Baratheon: 139 (8 Ships, Outnumbered 5:1 -40)
B. Captain: 113 (40 Ships, Average damage -15%)
Again the Braavosi attempt to use their superior numbers to defeat Rodrick, and again they are outmaneuvered and punished for their arrogance.
Round 4:
Rodrick Baratheon: 130 (8 Ships, Outnumbered 4:1 -30)
B. Captain:113 (34 Ships, Light Damage -5%)
The Braavosi continue to be unable to touch Rodrick's ships, and the frustration is clearly building on the Braavosi admiral's face.
Round 5:
Rodrick Baratheon: 129 (8 Ships Outnumbered 4:1 -30)
B. Captain:114 (32 Ships, Light damage- 5%)
The Braavosi Captain orders a full ahead ramming speed charge, but Rodrick ships drift to the side, and take them on the starboard side, again stripping away at the enemy numbers.
Round 6:
Rodrick Baratheon: 167 (8 Ships)
B. Captain:107 (32 Ships, Heavy damage -25%)
The Braavosi are rocked by close in fighting from Rodrick's men, and lose several ships to fire. The Braavosi captain decides he can ill afford to lose more men on behalf of Lorathi cowards, and as his men break, he does not call them back.
Remaining:
Rodrick Baratheon: 8 Ships
Braavosi Captain: 24 Ships
Rodrick Baratheon's men capture 4 enemy vessels, and rig them with skeleton crews to be taken back to the Stormlands to be refitted and recrewed.
Rodrick Baratheon increases to Master- Sea Battle.
