One of Lord Wensington's men reputedly found a large vein of gold in the mountains south of Blackhaven. The Lord of Blackhaven immediately began a small operation to mine the precious metal and has since removed several hundred pounds of gold from the mountainside. It is delivered to Blackhaven via wagons pulled by oxen, guarded by groups of Men-at-Arms.
