As Ser Robert and his men make their way up the Mountain, Clansmen stream out of the thick forestation on both sides of the path.
Round 1:
Ser Redfort:117 (5 Knights, Outnumbered 4:1 -30)
Gold Masks Ambush:77 (200 Conscripts, Average damage, -15%)
The Gold Masks Clan springs its ambush, attacking from both sides, Ser Redfort's men turn to the right, and charge into them, anxious to avoid being surrounded. Redfort's men fight brutishly, cutting their way into the poorly armored clansmen.
Round 2:
Ser Redfort:91 (5 Knights, Outnumbered 3:1 -20, Average damage -15%)
Gold Masks Ambush:121 (170 Conscripts)
The Gold Masks reorganize, and tighten their shield wall, to prevent the Knights from breaking their line, they begin to push back, knocking Redfort from his saddle, and killing another knight outright.
Round 3:
Ser Redfort:114 (4 Knights, Outnumbered 4:1 -30)
Gold Masks Ambush:95 (170 Conscripts, light damage -5%)
Redfort is on foot now, but fights will all the ferocity of his dragon-killing ancestor, as several more clansmen fall.
Round 4:
Ser Redfort: 81 (4 Knights, Outnumbered 4:1 -30)
Gold Masks Ambush:136 (162 Conscripts)
The numbers are simply overwhelming, and another knight falls dead, as the Clansmen surround them on all sides. Redfort's remaining three knights throw down their weapons, and attempt to yield. Robert and his men are promptly coshed on the head, trussled up like pigs, and dragged up the mountainside.
