The Manse is surrounded by bravos, heavily guarded, and there is a long line of men and women making their way into the manse.
"Halt, Can I help you..." one of the Bravo says, eyeing the veiled "woman" carefully.

Lysaer smiled behind the veil, which showed around her eyes.
"I am here for Lord Delinal's party, I was asked to come here by Lord Nayce to be by his side during the feast." Lysaer said with as soft and light voice as he possibly could, without sounding made up.
[Noteworthy: Charm]

The bravo looked puzzled, and examined a short scroll in his hand, "whose Lord Nayce, I don't see any such lord on the guestlist."

Lysaer felt a knot in his stomach as the bravo looked at the short scroll and then asked who his brother was. He had known that his brother wouldn't be present at the party, but it had been the first name that came up in his head.
"Are you sure that his name is not on the list? His servant claimed that he had been invited and I should meet him in there, could you please check one more time, dear. I do not wish this journey here to have been a complete waste of my time."

"I know how to read," the bravo says, sounding somewhat, defensive, "and there ain't no Nayce on the list."

Lysaer turned and looked at his friends, and made a frown at them.
"Are you sure that the servant said Nayce? I would have hate to have bothered these nice gentlemen for no reason."
His friend looked confused and looked at each other, but they didn't say anything. As he was turned toward them, he looked for a man that seemed to be without a lady to escort him, hoping that the gods would smile on him.

It seems the case that ALL of the men entering are unaccompanied, and that the women appear to be purely professionals.

She turned back to the bravo.
"Well, it looks like I have been duped. Well, it's Lord Nayce's loss, since I will spread it among my friends that he is not a man of his word who fools courtesans. The Veiled Lady is just not any common whore that knows how to entertain men in the bed." Lysaer turned and began to move away.

The bravo takes Lysaer by the shoulder, "Look... I know Lord Delinal has some strange friends, and I'm not one to judge. So... you can go on in, but if I hear about any trouble at all, you will not have to PRETEND to be a woman anymore, got it?"

Lysaer nodded and smiled to the bravo.
"I will leave my guards outside then, they have nack for getting themselves into trouble." Lysaer turned and looked at his friends. "You can return to the barge and return here at nightfall and wait for me to exit."
He then moved inside the gates into the manse.

Inside there were many dimly lit rooms. Inside each a Courtesan seemed to have set up their own shop, while numerous lordly men were visiting each in turn. In the center of the hallway stands the young Lord Trei Delinal, who is drinking from a wine flute and watching each man as he enters.

Lysaer entered and went to find his own room, where he could find a bit of time to himself before he knew that the rest of the guest would go to visit him.
He adjusted the dress, when he got inside the room, which wasn't comfortable at all and he really hoped that Lord Antaryon would appriciate what he was doing to aid him in his family's future.
He studied the room, to come up with a plan on how to do this.

The room had a divan, an ice bucket filled with a bottle of sparkling wine, and many candles.

Lysaer moved quickly, and put out some of the candles closest to the divan, so it was even more dimly lit in the room. He then placed himself so most of his features where hidden in shadows. He also tore of a piece of the underskirt to use as a blindfold if someone entered.

A stout looking man who appears to have been poured into his tunic and breeches approaches "The Veiled Lady's" room. He pokes his head in.
"Well hello there....my gods..." and quickly departed again. Lysaer recognized the man as Lord Dutovan, the third largest shareholder in the Iron Bank.
