Of many names, and always wearing masks. A falcon and Sparrow usually. Which ever wears the falcon mask is aggressive, and snide, while the sparrow is conciliatory, and passive.
Goals: Flea's dying commands were to make Westeros a better place. They distrusted the first Thatcher, and his son, so they did not ever make peace with the current regime. Work to stabilize, and gather intel.
Assets: Aerion Varner, King's guard, a member of the King's inner circle.
Relationships:
The Citadel and the Twins are closely related and intertwined. Many Maesters send reports back to the citadel, and it shares all of them with the Twins.
The Three Heads- The Twins know of the three heads, and both organizations have pierced one another with agents. Yet the Twins do not have the muscle of the Three Heads, and has avoided conflict so far.
Bettley- They have no reason to cooperate normally, but they know they do not work to counter purposes.
