"I am going as Aegon, and Morgan will be my Rhaenys. If you do not mind you could be my Visenya, that way I would have a sister and a wife, as opposed to sister wives." Daemon smiled, "And I am absolutely sure I am going to make Daeron be Baelor the Blessed. The irony is just too wicked."

Joanna grinned.
"That sounds suitable, and I am happy to play Visenya, of course. I think Marianne should be Daena the Defiant, sister and wife to Baelor the Blessed. What about the rest of our brothers?"

"I was going to do all of our brood, cousins included, and Deana seemed more like Becca to me then Marianne. I thought Marianne could be Alysanne." Deamon he looked up to see her reaction.

"Alright. That sounds fair to me. So...would that make Aerie Rhaena? Will you have one of our brothers play Jaehaerys the Conciliator?"

"I want all of us to be Targaryens of lore." He smiled warmly at her, "But we do not need to be so literal, if a different costume fits Aerie better we can do that. Does is Jaehaerys fit any of our brothers?" He snorted.

"Not really but it seems a shame for Marianne to be missing her king. What about Aemon the Dragonknight? He might do for Steffon or Rodrick. And Maekar...I'm not sure. Do you have any more ideas?"

"For Maekor maybe Maegor the Monstrous." Daemon laughed, and nudged his sister, "I think that is rather fitting."

"it's cruel," she said, but giggled nonetheless.
It would in any case be better than having Maekar play King Maekar, with the connotations that would arise.
"Maegor it is, then. If he asks, though, I had no part in it. So...who else must we name? Tomas Thatcher and our Dayne kin, for sure. We should make someone be Bloodraven and someone Bittersteel."

"Oh you are right Tomas must be Bittersteel. He always has that expression on his face." Daemon smiled, "Rhaegar could by the Bloodraven I think. That leaves Arya, and and died we choose one for Aerie?"

"I suggested Princess Rhaena for Aerie," Joanna said. "So, Arya could be her younger sister, Princess Elaena.. And you have forgotten Quentyn. Poor Quentyn."
She sighed.
"I always felt sorry for him, having no lands of his own. Well, it's the same for us women, I suppose, but at least we can marry men with land. What about...Aegon the Unlikely for Quentyn?"
She looked at his papers.
"Have you got a list with all the names on already? I think we have still forgotten someone so if we write a list of who we have given characters to, then we will know who is left."

Daermon nodded and began to scratch out their ideas,
Daemon- Aegon The Conqueror Morgan- Rhaenys Joanna-Visenya Daeron- Baelor the Blessed Maekar-Maegor the Cruel Marianne- Alysanne the Good Queen Rhaegar-Bloodraven Becca- Daena the Defiant Aerie-Rhaena Arya- Elanea Quentyn- Aegon the Unlikely Tomas-Bittersteel
Deamon nodded, "We have forgotten two, Steffon and Beric. Perhaps Maelys the Monstrous for one, and Baelor Breakspear for the other?"

"I don't care to tell either one of them that he should be Maelys," Joanna said.. "So no, I think that is unwise. So... Baelor for Beric, perhaps, and how about we get Steffon to be Orys Baratheon the bastard brother of Aegon the Conqueror ? And we have still forgotten Rodrick. Um...Aegon the Unlikely perhaps."
She frowned as she thought.
"What about Aunt Kyma and Uncle Talyn? We cannot leave them out. They could be Queen Rhaenyra and Ser Criston Cole, the Kingmaker."
She sighed.
"I wish by all the seven gods that Dark Sister weren't lost all those years ago else I might have worn her at my hip while I am in the guise of Visenya."

"Orys! That is beautiful." He nudged her again and smiled, "Rodrick of course. I thought I was clever remembering Steffon." He smirked, "And if you can get Talyn to agree to play along that would be good, but I know Aunt Kyma well enough to know that if I ask her for this, she will say 'no' to spite me on purpose, so I will not ask."

Joanna frowned.
"Daemon, I fear it is too soon for me to speak to Uncle Talyn requesting a favour. He and I parted on bad terms so it's best he and I don't speak at all for a little while else we will quarrel to the point of no return. I quite see now why you might have reason to be concerned."
She was feeling in charity with her brother again.
"I know Mother would play our game if only she were in the city. I hope she does get well enough to leave the Eyrie sometimes. It must be awfully hard to be so confined when before she could travel all over the realm if she wanted to. I wonder...would Aunt Kyma and Uncle Talyn dare to refuse you if you announced in public that everyone must don a mask?"

"Oh he will wear a mask no doubt, but whatever he chooses to wear." Daemon thought before finishing, "I think Talyn would wear the mask if I made a public decree, Kyma though... she would refuse, and come as something else. No, our generation will play this little game, and let Talyn and Kyma go their own way again. I must pick my battles, if I were to fight for this I would appear petty." He leaned back and wrapped an arm around her shoulders, "I doubt either one of us want that, and besides Uncle Talyn is no fun. And I want out game to be enjoyable."
