The two knights prepare, and circle, trading a few jabs, but neither man lands a touch.

Ser Maryn- 157
Ser Aerion-118 (Medium hit)

Aerion stumbles on a rough patch of gravel, and Maryn jumps forward, landing a good strong sword blow across the man's shoulder. Aerion grunts in anger, and dances backward, bobbing and weaving like a wounded and angry weasel.

Round 2 :
Ser Maryn- 130 (light wound -5)
Ser Aerion-155 (Medium Wound -10)

Aerion is back in his stride now, and jabs out with his spear, catching Maryn in the lower leg, and slowing him considerably.

The two continue to struggle, ducking and weaving to no effect.

Aerion follows up his jab with stronger blow, the blunted spear blow striking Maryn across the chest.

Aerion leaves another taunting cut on Maryn's thigh. and continues his Weasel war dance.

Ser Aerion steps forward, and ramming the Spear directly into Maryn's face, sending him into the dirt. Maryn blacks out, as a nearby squire calls for a maester.

Maryn will be at -30 for the next three months. Charm, Persuade, or other "friendly" social skills may never reach Master or higher due to horrible scar forming on the left side of his face.
