"I do trouble poor Emma, I do not think of my simple actions disrupting her preperations. Though she is ever dutiful and I thank her for that." She smiled, "Once you have your ..bath then, we'll all have dinner." She looked him over, "And I can say the same for you, you are much more a man now."

"Cleanliness is next to godliness," he said with a grin. "I'm looking forward to dinner, then. I have not seen father in some time," he said, only realizing now how long it had been.
He chuckled. "I will take that as compliment. Has father found a suitor for you as of yet?" he asked.

She chuckled at that. "I will not suffer to hear any of his recommendations at the moment. For now I take pleasure in the court and making my own way. When the time is right, I'm sure the Queen will also have a suggestion for me. Marriage is far from my mind Rhaegar. It's more important for you to find a bride than I."

Rhaegar sighed audibly, hanging his head comically. He raised a hand and flapped it toward her. "Oh, I know. It's harder than you think," he said tiredly. He looked up at the ceiling. "Do you have any suggestions?"

"Oh, don't look at me to play matchmaker, but if you want a woman who makes fun of everything and does not havea care in th eworld then Lady Becca Thatcher is for you." She giggled and then went to look in her mirror, her maid coming behind her to comb her hair again so that it draped over her shoulders like silk. "But I wish you luck of course, it will be easy if you win an event in the tourney or some such."

"I would not want a woman like myself. No work would get done," he mused andlaughed at her second comment. "I can fall off my horse a hundered times over and still have a pick, Arry," he said confidently.
After a moment he frowned and leaned forward, showing some seriousness that he rarely did.
"Though I don't want you believing I think everything is a ruse, and that I have no cares. I just try to remember that you need to laugh and enjoy the small things, else when the trouble does come you'll find your world a dark place."

"In that we can agree. It is very dull when people are serious all the time." She nodded her head solemnly and smiled.

"So, for this Andal feast on the morrow. Do you plan on being extravagant yet again?"

"No, I don't think so, from what I hear there will not be as much amusement to take part in. So I will take a dress that is fashionable. Why, did you like my dress from the other feast?" she asked teasingly.

Rhaegar raised an eyebrow. "I hadn't got a good look. You ran off before you were within shouting distance," he explained. "What was it?"

"Hm gosh, I dress up and only a handful of people seem to see me." She pouts. "I was a Huntress. I had my hair in to braids in the north fashion. It was really well put together with soft and light fabrics. Perhaps I'll dress up as something for the Dornish feast. It slips my mind what he next feast is after Lord Graftons."

"Likely held by the Martells, for it's themed on the Rhoynar," Rhaegar pondered. "Well Arry, I have to ask where you ran off to so quick; should you have stayed, I'm sure much more would have witnessed your Huntress gettup," he tilted his head. "Braids now. That's something that's difficult to envision."

"There were two young men that were vying for my attention and I felt like having some fun. My friend Aerie accompanied me and so did the guards. Nothing bad happened." She smiled at him, "Well perhaps I will braid my hair again some time, I quite liked the look of it. What do you think to dress as in the coming feasts?"

Rhaegar laughed, his eyebrow arching higher. "Cousin Aerie and yourself; quite the deadly duo. I'll have to take you word that nothing. . . bad. . . happened," he chuckled. "Though it seems you may find yourself married before myself."
"As far as dressing up, I have a few ideas in mind. I would not want to spoilt it, however," he smirked.

"But I don't want to be married. Someday yes, I want to know if the man I am to be with is right. The though of marriage nags at me that's all. Come, you can share your ideas with me, I won't tell anyone."
