Bromwell laughed even more as the whores surrounded him. "It appears I have found the Seven! And oh my how befitting of worship they are..."

"The Maiden Above has sent you seven," the girls laughed, pulling him into a corner. "But none are maidens, sadly."

"This is not cause for sadness", Brom said as he laughed, putting his arms around as many girls as he could, "Maidens are for Lord. Despite my noble heritage, I am not a Lord". Brom said this with a wink.

"Lord or bastard, it's the gold that counts," The huge guardwoman, Mysha, boomed from the wall.

Brom broke into hysterical laughter, "I've got little endowment in the monetary sense...but my other endowment is twice the size of any Lannister".

The whores laughed and kissed him, but Mysha was glowering. "See that you pay for your holy Seven, or say farewell to your endowment"
The girls pulled Brom into a room and shut the door, falling all over him on the bed.

Brom enjoyed his drunken romp immensely, but by the time he awoke hours later, it was with a throbbing headache. Realizing he had got himself set back, he cursed softly to himself. He was supposed to have gained money today, not lost it.

The girls had gone back to work. Brom knew if he left the room he would face Mysha, The Not-Woman.

OOC: You shall not leave without paying. Leaving through the windows would be decidedly dangerous, Brom soon realized. The Avalon guards patrolled the huge inn's perimeters. He would either have to pay Mysha, or pray that Lettie would spare him.

OOC: Well, Brom is an assassin by trade, so moving stealthily is not a problem. For the sake of RPing I'll say he doesn't try that though.
IC: Brom sighed as he got up and out of the room, vowing never to drink that much again. As he found Mysha and Lettie, he told them that his noble blood was true and that a Stark never forgets his debts. After saying this he realizing that he's spoken the wrong motto, but tries to pass it off anyway.

Mysha looked furious, but Lettie looked both amused and curious, and then said, "All right, my good man. I think you shall have to meet Dacey one day. She's not here right now, but I will arrange for you to meet her."

Brom grinned, but knew he was in deep shit. He wished to hold off on this adventure for a while...but now he had little choice. As he left House Avalon he found his horse, and sent her in the direction of the Red Keep.

Mad Alliser looked sheepish. "Forgive me, good ser! I am Ser Alliser Redfort, the Knight of the Cow. Here, let me make up for my ignorance by sharing my wine with you." He waved away the approaching barmaid and served his own Arbor gold to Ser Mimseval. "I have long been pondering on a question, ser. Perhaps you can help me. It is our duty to serve the Seven, and to do that we must serve the Seven's agents on earth. The Warrior has been coming to me in dreams, telling me to do King Baelor the Blessed's will. I have visions of fire and puppies. Lately I have been hearing rumors that strike me as very odd indeed, yet they seem to be tied to my dreams from the gods." Ser Mimseval considers for a long moment, stroking his moustache. "It must be a true dream, Ser. My great grandfather, also called Ser Mimseval, had dreams such as those from time to time, and I think interpreting them is in my blood. Allow me to assist you." Mim leans back, drinking Alliser's Arbor Gold. "The puppies represent playful innocence, and the fire, hmmm... the fire represents burning. So someone... someone is burning innocence! What villain would be so heinous as to burn puppies, I ask you, Ser? The Seven surely are sending you this dream so that you may slay him."

"The fire comes from the maw of a great lizard," Alliser said. "The puppies always look like they will get burned, but they don't. One puppy controls the fire breathing lizards."
Alliser looked thoughtful and excited. "Indeed, ser! I think you are right. Furthermore, on my wide travels, I have heard persistent rumors of dragons. People swear they have seen them flying, or burning land. They are small, they say, but fierce and terrifying. Hatchlings! So we may yet have an opportunity to slay them, and do the Warrior's will!" Alliser looked quite fierce himself. Part of it was real religious zeal, part was his deep and old desire to prove himself better than his long-dead brother, Ser Garrett the Dragonslayer.
