"I'm afraid I don't have the time. Lord Odhar wanted me to speak to the Sealord about aranging more trade between Gulltown and Braavos. I would be delighted if I could come by later on though and hear the tale of how a Royce managed to get a seat in the Crownlands," Brandon said.

"I never figured that out myself," Aranya twinkled. "Callen wanted to reward me, and it would have made sense to give me a seat in the Vale, but he wanted to give Duskendale. His reasons died with him, but I suppose it's not so bad. The fishing and hunting is great, at least, and it's a sizeable city. And yes, you must come visit me when you return from Braavos. Duskendale and Gulltown are closer ports as well, and could benefit from some trade."

The doors of the House of Avalon open for a few men in House Dondarrion livery, including a handsome dark-haired boy in his mid teens. The boy, ever smiling inquires as to where he might find Lady Aranya Royce.

"I shall remember to add a word of that to the sealord aswell then. I fear I have delayed long enough in getting there. Wouldn't want uncle to get mad. Untill Duskendale then," Brandon smiled.

"Sounds good. I am glad we met, Brandon," Aranya said.
A serving girl directs the boy to the table where Aranya sits with Brandon while Aerie and King Rickon are talking. Aranya looks up at the sound of her name.

Brandon waves his farwell, and nods to the guests that want him to play more often.

Breck Dondarrion spots Aranya look up at mention of her name. "Lady Aranya Royce", Breck says as he boys his hand. He extends a hand to the Lady of Duskendale and offers a smile, "I am Breck Dondarrion of Blackhaven".

Aranya shook his hand and gestured for him to take a seat at her table. "I am pleased to meet you. I remember your gallant kinsman, Ser Edrick - one of the finest white knights in living memory. I am sorry he passed. But what can I do for you?"

Rodrick nods, "I will go now and out the back. The King's men won't let me have any fun. Met me at the The Fish's Ass down by the docks in an hour." He steps towards the door and stopped, Turning to look at Erik and Dacey he points his finger, "I may be a child, but one day I will be the finest sword in the word. Do not betray me." Nodding he glides from the inn. His hand still around Dacey, Erik watches the Prince leave before saying, "Well then, whatever can we do to amuse ourselves for an hour?" His face is pure innocence.

"Edrick was quite a fine knight", Breck said with a smile as he took a seat at the table. He saw his cousin, the King, and nodded to him, "Rickon", he said, and he turned back to Aranya. "I came here to inform you that 500 of my best men are ready to ride out to Duskendale. Unfortunately I cannot ride with them as I am scheduled to ride south immediately to meet with my host at Blackhaven."

I am indebted to you, ser, and regret that you cannot join us. But I thank you."

"I regret that as well, Lady Aranya. Your reputation certainly precedes you, I wish I had the opportunity to march beside you. I however, must take leadership roles as the new Regent of the Stormlands. I have big shoes to fill." This is perhaps the first time Breck has referred to himself as Regent, and it is a little awkward for him to say the words.

Aranya looked at the young man with a measuring eye and then said, "I am sure you will do an admirable job. You are young, but you are not a fool, I think."
