Ser James Rivers rides in with five hundred Riverlanders at his back three days after Oswell arrived.
James looks around as his men settle in. the camps were largely separated, the Reach lords making camp a fair distance from the Tully men.

As the Reach lords arrive Oswell personally goes to greet each one. He spends a fair time with each, getting to know them and their men. After a fair number had arrived her calls them into his tent for dinner and to discuss their plan of attack.

A man rides up to Tully, "Lord Tully. Men are dying at all the camps. The wells have been tainted."

Oswell curses. "Cut them off immediately. Send riders out to find fresh water, no doubt there is a swift running stream nearby. How many men have fallen ill, and what is your name Ser?"
