The ship Euric had long ago asked to remain in Harbour, now on the journey to Dorne.

Euric stood at the front of the ship, watching the waves. Oddly enough he felt very calm.

Isabella moved up beside him dressed in a worn tunic and pants. "My father was a fisherman. At least that was what I was told."

"And who told you?" Euric asked, looking at the girl. "Your mother?"

"I never knew my mother. My older brother, Henri. He remembered them before they died." Isabella replied.

"Oh, I am sorry." Euric said, looking back at the sea. "How did they die? And where is Henri now?"

"The Hacking Cough took both of them. Henri was gutted protecting me from "Lady" James. He wanted to own me, and Henri stabbed him, but then James' guard killed him." Isabella replied. She attempted to look coldly distant, but her eyes welled.

Euric turned and held his arms up. "We can't always keep it all inside. Sometimes I still have nightmares about Others and the war... it still frightens me."

Isabella nods. She is staring out to sea, and wiping her eyes, so she does not see Euric's arms. "Thank you, My lord. It is just hard. I would have died, or been made a whore if not for Henri. I do miss him."

"He died for a good cause." Euric said, lowering his arms. "Anyhow, the past can rest. If anyone tries to hurt you they will have to deal with me."

Isabella turned and smiled at Euric, "Thank you my Lord. I have been working daily with my knife too. I must be able to defend myself."

"Of course. I am sure anyone foolish enough to try and attack you will be taught a lesson." He smile, enjoying the salt air. "So do you have any ideas about who to move ahead at Sunspear?"

Isabella winced, "I am not sure. I think I may infiltrate the servants, and see what they know. They always know more then they should." She studied Euric, "The important question is what do with you? Should you be yourself, or some one else? Can you even be some one else?"

"Well, we have plenty of time to find out." Euric said with a grin. "We'll be another few weeks at sea and so I can try myself at diguise."

"Plenty of time?" Isabella asked, "Is there something else you wish to speak of my lord?"
