There will now be a horse race taking place in the tourney.
The prize for the winner of each event will be lordship of one of the keeps and attached lands that formerly belonged to the Cult.
The lords of Westeros are informed that each region may bring the ten best competitors they have for each event and each lord may bring the bare minimum of men-at-arms to serve as his escort, with more being permitted to Lords Paramount though they too are required to keep their entourage modest.
Any man who has more than the permitted number of troops in the city or crownlands must send them home and retain only an acceptable number until the coronation and tourney is concluded.
