"I do hope so. I have asked little enough of her Grace, not like some lords I have seen. I would like nothing more than to rebuild my keep and have a wife to see it filled. Once this war is over it is exactly what I mean to do. But enough such serious talk, this is a happy occasion." Oswell finally grabs a mug of ale, "A toast to the happy couple." Oswell drinks from his ale.

"i'll drink to that."
Maekar drank long and deep and passed his tankard to his new bride.
"Lucky me, eh, I get to be married to the most beautiful woman North of the Twins!"

Ragnor and several other Ironborn arrive in what little they have left that passes for finery, and make a beeline for the kegs.

"Is that so, ser?" Alysanne walked up to him with a smile and gave him a hug. "Congratulations, coz."
Ser Gerald stood behind the princess and sneered at the groom.

Maekar returned Alysanne's hug self-consciously. He was not given to public displays of affection, nor even private ones.
"Your turn soon," he said.

Oswell watched the two cousins embrace, Maekar looking obviously uncomfortable. "Well I will leave you to to yourselves. Again, Congratulations Maekar." Oswell tips his cap to the Reed girl and Alysanne, "My ladies, good day."

Oswell laughed, "Why no, I just thought you would like to enjoy some time with your family. I am in no great hurry though."

"Then stay and drink. I'll likely do the same. I'm not one for small talk and we've yet to reach my favourite part of the wedding."
He leaned close and whispered "I'll wager you'll envy me when it comes to the bedding, my lord?"

Oswell glanced at his bride, "Aye my lord, I am sure every man here will envy you. The bedding will surely be the best part of this night, not only for yourself I am sure." Oswell grabbed himself another ale, he was quickly finding himself enjoying himself.

Maekar grinned lavisciously.
"I will enjoy seeing all the male guests helping my bride undress and knowing that only I may take her to bed. Gods, where is that damned septon! It's past time he said the words over us. There can be no bedding without wedding vows."

Oswell smiled and drank the rest of his ale. "If he doesn't get here soon I fear I will have to have more than my fair share of this ale. It has been quite some time since I have been able to indulge so."

Selwyn and cadre entered the wedding. He sighed and stood off to the side watching silently. Aurane Velaryon, the Lord of Driftmark, Sharp Point, Claw Island and Sweetport Sound enters with his younger sister, Lady Daenarys on his arm.

Oswell took his place among the other guests as the septon arrived. He watched the Lord of Driftmark and his sister, the girl he had told Rhaenys about, out of the corner of his eye. She was more beautiful than he had remembered, though the last time he saw her he was covered in mud and blood and had no room for thoughts of beauty.
