An announcement is made to the forces at/around Winterfell with order to spread the word where possible,
'Prince' Aegon Targaryen is given a month to rejoin Queen Rhaenys and bend the knee. If he refuses to comply he will be declared an outlaw and removed from his place in the Targaryen line of succession. After that time, any man who finds him is under orders to bring him to the queen, alive, so that he may answer for his desertion.
The men who followed Aegon are also given a month's grace to return to the queen's service. If they obey, they will receive a full pardon and reinstatement to their previous positon. Any man who declines will be declared traitors and subject to death by hanging. Any man who comes across them is ordered to bring them to the queen to face execution.
