Tyberion smiled and turned to look at Lady Stark. Holding out his hand he snapped. Beatrice turned and smiled at Tyberion. She walked over and took his hand. Tyberion said, "Lady Shahirizai this is Lady Stark."
Lady Stark curtsied.

"Good day my lady," Shah gave a bow in return. "I am most impressed with the hospitality here, and Lord Tyberion has been quite friendly with me. "You are quite pretty, I did not mean to challenge you. I hope my talents in singing will please you." Shah gave a warm smile to her hosts.

Lady Stark looked blankly at Tyberion who translated the whole speech for her. She smiled at Shah and replied, "You are welcome here of course. Any friend of Lord Lannister is a friend of mine. What is Myr like? Are all the woman there as beautiful as you? You are more then pretty I think. I can not wait for your singing."
Tyberion translated her speech adding at the end, "I have found only one way to stem the flow of her speech." He smiled knowingly.

"I had almost forgot!" She looked back and waved her own translator over, who looked to be talking with a knight about his vambraces. He came forward and stood behind Shah. "My apologies, it's uncalled for to make you translate." She nooded at Lord Lannister and then regarded Lady Stark. "Myr is..quite warm and filled with people of all sorts. Thankfully, not all the women are as pretty, otherwise I would not be as popular or have been worth as much when I was your age. I will be delighted to share my gift with you all." Rekhmire translated her response for the LAdy Stark.

Tyberion shrugged, "I am very good with my tongue." He scratched himself as he shifted in his seat.
Lady Stark replied, "Do you mean other Free cities peoples? Which are your favorites? Are the Lys truly so outrageous? I have heard such stories." She glances at Tyberion and her cheeks redden, "By gift what do you mean? Cause I have heard a similar expression, but I think it must be a confusion in translation."
Tyberion laughed wickedly.

"My singing talent. I was also a courtesan when I was young, bought when I was close to your age. Myr and Lys sometimes ally with eachother to fight against the other free cities, but they are uneasy allies at best, but are held together by trading. There are quite unique things in Lys like the tumblers and other odd acts. For many free cities, love is an art my lady." Rekhmire translated quickly and efficiently.

Lady Stark's cheeks reddened, "Love is an art? How so? I know Braavos has a great deal of influence over that area, do they allow their sworn cities battle? I will not let my lords battle. That should never be allowed. I myself have only dabbled in the arts of love do you have any recommendations? I mean a courtesan is like a whore right? I bet you have lots of skills and tricks."
Tyberion said in Myrish, "There is just the one way."

"We may be sworn to Braavos or some other city, but we all have our rivalries, much like lords vie for position in court here, or for favours from the Queen or King. The Queen tries her best to avoid infighting, but it still happens as you know. It is difficult being a leader it seems. Courtesans are respected in the Free Cities, we offer more than mere...sex. Over time and experience I have learned many things, and so will you."

Lady Stark opened her mouth and words flew out, "Who is the leader of Myr? I have not heard that I think. My lessons have been terribly interupted since some wights murdered my Maester. What else besides sex is offered by courtesans? I hope to learn many things, and I have made a good start and Lord Lannsiter is an excellant teacher. He has been trying to school me in the subtle moves and shifts in court as well as other things. He knows so much of the world." She smiled at him, "But you are welcome here as long as you wish. Have you met the Queen she is beautiful. Have you seen the dragons I want to see them soooo badly. I wish I could have seen the others fall, but Tybe insisted I stay here. He put his foot down." She smiled again.
Tyberion spoke into the silence in Westerosi, "My dear, you must give the translator a chance to do her work." He reached out and stroked her cheek, and then he smiled and winked at Shahrizai.

Ariel arrived in the hall, wearing a dress for the first time in weeks...though of course, even then there were the blades strapped to her sides and the guardswoman keeping her everpresent eye out.

Shah laughed, piecing what Tyberion said herself. She started speaking to her translator, "I intend to stay here for a while, I don't know how much use I will have with the rest of the army any more. Perhaps I will go home finally. As for Myr, there are many guilds and merchants that control the city under legates or magistrates. For courtesans, we are taught to love and care for our patrons and make them feel they are special. My mother was gifted in singing and I inherited her voice. Some courtesans are artists, musicians, craftworkers, some even merchants and good with finances, so that if they are too old they may make a living for themselves with skills of value. Some patrons fall in love with their courtesans and do not even bed them. It is as complicated a system as the courts here." She folded her hands in her lap. "I am only beginning to know your lord, but he is a kind and...feisty sort of man I think. As for the queen, yes I have spoken to her, she is a beautiful lady indeed, she and Lord Selwyn are to be wed, I thought they would do it here." She took a moment to breathe and smiled. "I did not believe in the dragons until I saw them myself. They are beyond words my lady."

"Princess!" Shah exclaimed as she saw Ariel, she had been looking forward to their encounter. "How are you my princess?" She slinked over to her and her sleeves trailed behind her in whisps.

Ariel grinned at Shahrizai and clasped the woman's hand in hers. "Just fine. It's good to be able to take a load off my shoulders now and then. How about yourself, Lady Shahrizai?"

"Happy that I can perform in front of a noble crowd again. I quite like it here and Lord Tyberion has been very...generous. He definately tries his best, but then again I'm used to the advances of hundreds if not thousands of men during my time in the army. And I'm happy you could attend of course!" She smiled and shook her hands in excitement. "I must seem totally aloof, you on the other hand must be quite swamped with what is going on."

Ariel laughed at Shahrizai. "Oh, I understand completely about the man's advances. Men." She grinned. "Not that we lovely women are any better sometimes."
She then shook her head. "No, not aloof, at least not to me. Must be my beautiful face." She winked. "And yes, it's been one crisis after another. The poor Queen is under even worse than I am, though, so I have no reason to complain."
