"Seven above Warren, that's an easy on... shhhh.. they're coming back," The disembodied voice says, as a loud metal clank can be heard.

Warren sighed. He did not seriously think that Lord Roxton was a man cruel enough to arrest an innocent knight accused of no crime for questioning to only turn around and torture that knight. Ser Rolfe was an amiable man and easy going, if a bit naive. Warren suspected Rolfe would have gladly told Roxton any information he desired. The cry for the Seven confirmed his suspicions, for Rolfe Spicer was a man more like to call on the Black Goat or the Golden Child than he was The Warrior or the Mother.

Lord Roxton returns to the cell with several guards. the guards bring in a number of boxes, each one of which contains books.
"Lord Marbrand, her Grace has need of a master of whisperers, so I think this should be wrapped up. What can you tell me about Heartsbane?"

"It is the valyrian steel blade of House Tarly, is it not? My agents did not tell me its fate after Lord Simon fell."

"Burying it?" Warren repeated incredulously, then postulated, "Did some reachman think to hide it and claim it as his own?"

"No. He apparently intend it to be found, and used to implicate someone in the murder," The man replied, as he picked up one of the books from the box, and paged through it.

Warren rolled his eyes tiresomely. "How droll. And under whose bedroll did you dig it up?"

Roxton raised an eyebrow, "I'd feel rather silly telling you, since you already know. I should have applauded you for it if it had succeeded."

"I do not suppose you would humor me, despite what you assume I know?" Warren sighed heavily. "So for what reason am I accused of this now?"

"C'mon Lord Marbrand, really. Stop being paranoid. If you think I care, you're quite mistaken. We'd have been fully prepared to go along with your scheme, if it hadn't been all mucked up from the get go. But to fix it you're going to need to be a little more cooperative."

Warren eyed Lord Roxton with a pursed lip frown. "Have you finally brought be some reading material?" he inquired, gesturing to the piles of books.

"Yes. Don't change the subject. How are we going to complete your frame job of Ariel Targaryen," Roxton says sternly.

"Lady Ariel," he repeated, nodding slowly as if comprehension dawned. After a moment of silence, he looked up to his interrogator. "Thank you for the books, Lord Roxton. Are you done accusing me of crimes I did not commit?"
