7) Character Personal History:
A man of legendary heritage, though heritage he often cares to avoid, he is Braavosi born and raised, a man trained for years in a dozen schools of fighting--not the least of these being waterdancing. He is the third son of a Myrrish shipping captain who settled in Braavos five years before Imry's birth. His parents lost their money in a 560 shipping accident, so as soon as he could Imry moved out from their home to create his own fortune. Imry would spend his days developing his bladework, and his nights as an amateur bravo wandering the streets of Braavos, just as wild and belligerent as any other.
His exceptional skill with the blade was one day noticed by Braavosi officers who offered him a high position within the Sealord's personal guardforce. It was after accepting this position that Imry began to rise in the public eye, 'dating' almost every courtesan as well as a number of foreign princesses. His status only rose when, after the death of the Sealord's First Sword, he chose Imry as the successor. Imry's rise was meteoric, but his downfall was just as swift. After two years of loyal service, Imry drunkenly seduced the 'loose' wife of the Sealord, sleeping with her and planting his seed inside her.
The Sealord was furious and initially demanded his execution. Had it not been for the man's popularity and sway within the city, he would surely have met the chopping block. Instead, however, Imry was stripped of his title and sent into permanent exile. He spent the next few years as a self-described 'sell-sail', honing the sailing skills his father had taught him as a boy. Eventually he found himself in the employ of Queen Saella Targaryen, who purchased his ships as both escorts and transports. He was personally involved in her safe landing on the shores of the Sunset Kingdom. He decided to stay on with Saella and her company, fighting beside her throughout the Ever-Night campaign, though he was helpless to save her at its last battle.
8) Character Physical Description: A tall and immensely charming man of handsome visage with dark blonde hair and iridescent green eyes that are highly characteristic of his bloodline.
