Mander: -20k, and -15 ships

Far Reach: -20k, and -80 ships. With the lose of Arbor the ships are based out of Oldtown, and Sun House.

Vale: -25k, and 0 ships

West: -30k and -25 ships

Dorne: -10k and 0 ships

Crownlands: -6k and 0 ships

Riverlands: -20k and -10 ships

Stormlands: -12k and 0 ships

Iron Islands: -6k and -50 ships

I edited the main page to reflect your numbers; Dorne & the Mander are blatantly stronger than everyone else, but other than that it seems fine.

The Mander always was, and Dorne was just so far south most of its people were spared.
