Ariel nodded without saying much, then took her cauterizing brand. "Bite down on this," she ordered, planting a much-chewed leather belt in the man's hands. When he had it in his mouth, she took her cauterizing iron and began to burn the wound, searing the open cut closed with a clinical frown on her face. "Good that you came in quick. This one could have gotten nasty." She needed to vent -something-, and words were as good as any.

Alysanne spotted her eldest sister, surrounded by the battlefield heroes, realizing that she'll be her new queen soon. She made her way to Rhaenys, thinking whether to kneel or not. She decided to stand. "Sister..Your Grace"

"I am aware of that fact." He nodded "Marriage is the strongest type of alliance and I was prepared for that prospect as well. I think every noble of Westeros was. I am always ready for that." "I'm glad of it," Rhaenys said. "In times like these, we cannot all afford to seek our heart's desire. I for one must put duty before my own wishes. Come, we should look four our known allies. I will rely upon you to assist me with matters of Westeros that I, as a newcomer, do not know."

Imry said something that came out horribly mumbled through the belt. He gripped the floor with one hand as he clenched the other into a fist. Too bad I couldn't done this drunk, he thought.

Euric stopped as well, regarding their perhaps soon-to-be queen with calm eyes.

Taking the best of the remains for the men who'd agreed to join him, Talyn brought a parchment containing a rough list of the left overs to Ser Barrel Musgood. That accomplished, he took up a position near his tent, and watched the disorder continue.

"Done," said Ariel as she yanked the belt out of the man's mouth, then looked around. The current batch of wounded were all being seen to by more experienced healers, and frankly, she was exhausted. "Come on, don't clog up the tent," she barked as she grabbed his hand and half-dragged the man out. She shook her head, trying to clear it as she inhaled the cool air.

Once the fort was started and Ryam and Nicholas were scouting, he took the remaining twenty men into the so called "center" of the allied camp. He looked for King Selwin and finally found him,"Your grace, I hoped you had lived through the battle, at least we still have one monarch." His tone was gruff but slightly relieved that the King was still alive.

Musgood nodded at Thatcher, concealing his dislike. His dirt brown eyes studying the list intently. "Good work Thatcher." His lips sneered slightly as he talked.

Imry laughed, half dazed; the pain was cooling now but still unpleasant. After resting for some time he stepped up from the ground and slowly regained his composure. As he took in his surroundings he decided it would be best to try and find the nearest Targaryen. He didn't want to be left out of the loop. again.

Would be a good time to talk to him."

Theodore sits down on the dirt,"Well then I guess I will just have to wait." His eyes betrayed no emotion nor did his tone, but from his stance any one could tell he wouldn't budge until he talked to Selwyn.

"Figured it would help," Talyn told Musgood, "the armor might be of actual value against flesh and blood opponents, like those who hold King's Landing."

Alysanne reached Rhaenys just as she was about to answer the man kneeling before. Rhaenys embraced her youngest sister and kissed her cheek.
"Sister! I'm glad you're safe. I've not seen Liliyana and Kyma since I was riding atop Ellanyria, poor beast. I hoped the gods would not be so cruel as to rob me of my siblings as well as my mother."
She nodded to Alysanne's companion in a friendly way and then looked down at Simon.
"Lord...Tarly, isn't it? I am Rhaenys Targaryen, the eldest of my mother's daughters. As you have just seen, my sisters support my claim as heir. This is my sister, Princess Alysanne."
