"There aren't many remaining lords of the Vale. I will muster the rest of the men under your banner. Of course, you would have to give me lordship over them to do something like that. Queen Saella died for them and I will make them realized it." He walked with her "The Vale shall be yours, my queen." "I'm glad of it. Many things are going to change. So many good men died. Their boots must be filled by men who are both capable and loyal. I shall consider your request to be made lord over all the Vale but first I must learn who else will stand my friend. I do not know what Selwyn will do now that my mother is dead."

Kiro stood and scrubbed at his head of tight, white hair. "I know as much as you. We will count later, but I think only a handful of men could have survived."

"South. A good direction," Rask says, rising to his feet. Leaning heavily on his sturdy weirwood trident, Rask begins walking in that direction. The shadowcat follows silently in his wake.

"He'd better kneel. There is no point to spill more westerosi blood. We still have to fight the cult and fighting between us would damage us too much. He followed your mother and you are heir heiress and now the new queen."

Alysanne couldn't think of an answer so she just gave him another sad smile, hoping he would understand. "Am I being summoned there?" she asked after a long moment.

"I was needed there." Horas replied. He glanced back once, and coughed, "Fate drew my thread to this cold and bloody location." Talyn knew better than to engage the mystic Dornishman in any such discussion. 90% of magic was showmanship, his father had once said. the other 10% was the scary part. Talyn had served along side Horas Martell's forces long enough to know which percentage the Prince of Dorne fell into. "we are at your camp milord. Is there aught else I can do for you?"

Alysanne couldn't think of an answer so she just gave him another sad smile, hoping he would understand. "Am I being summoned there?" she asked after a long moment. "No, milady." Euric replied swiftly. "I just came to see if you were alright. After all..." He decided not to mention that incident eight years ago. "I will go now." He turned. "By your leave?"

"I have put my men to gather our dead, and hopefully some of our living men over there, Commander Sand" he said and pointed to the hill where he had ordered his men to put the dead bodies. "Is there anything else you would like me to do, Commander?" "Check the wounded. We should get all our forces back to the camps." Sand rasped.

"I'll return with you, good Ser. After all there's nothing left for me here anymore," stated Alysanne and started to walk to the camp without looking back at the battlefield.

"We will met again, Thatcher." Horas beckoned a guardsmen over and wrapped his arm around the man. "Say good bye to the Knight, Aurora." Princess Aurora Martell bowed her long neck to Thatcher, "Good bye Thatcher."

Post by Princess Ariel Targaryen on May 27, 2009 14:51:29 GMT -5
The healers' tent was a mess of blood and burning flesh, and Ariel was in the middle of it. The dye had worn out of her hair completely some days past, and she'd been too busy to renew it; her white hair was now plain to see, though few had commented on it so far. Lancing wounds, setting bones, and occasionally burning the worst wounds shut against infection...there had been no time for much talk at all.

He walked by her side, keeping an eye out for any remaining foe that might attack. "You will be pleased to know Rhaenys is unscathed. I saw her earlier on... as to your other sisters I am not sure."

"Good bye your highness." Talyn said, as he bowed briefly, and stepped away, moving back towards the area where he'd last found Ustice. He was curious what the reunion between the Selwyn and his companions would look like. Talyn entered the camp, and looked around.

"Yes, Commander Sand. I will get right to it and then I will return to camp with my men and the other survivors of the Night's Watch." Brandon said and gave a quick bow before he went back to the battle-field to check for the wounded. Soon Brandon has found several wounded men lying about on the ground some conscious, some not.

He followed your mother and you are heir heiress and now the new queen." "I am," Rhaenys agreed. "I hope Selwyn has the sense to kneel, because I will not see myself and my sisters denied our birthright. It is possible that an alliance can be forged with terms favourable both to myself and to Selwyn, but that is a matter to discuss with my lords, when they have had time to rest." She looked about them, finally spotting her youngest sister in company with the Sword of the Morning. There were others she thought might be loyal too. "Are you married, Lord Corbray?"
