7) Character Personal History: Odo Blackwood was born as a first-cousin to the Raventree Blackwoods. His mother was a Skagosi, and his father, Eslaf Blackwood, owned a ship called the Searaven, an extremely fast sloop, capable of out-running an Iron Islands longship. Odo grew up on Skagos, his father often running trading or smuggling missions from Ib to the North.
Odo has two siblings, a brother and a sister. His sister wedded the "prince" of Skagos, and Odo became fast friends with his brother-in-law, Leobald Magnar. After a while, the people of Skagos began to mistrust Odo, and eventually he was forced to flee Skagos with his father's ship.
It received a repaint of black and red stripes, and a new sail, with a the blazon of House Blackwood upon its sail. Armed with a crew of Skagosi expert sailors, and Leobald Magnar who left with him, the ship dubbed
Seacleaver made for King's Landing, and was kept safe there.
Odo's final sighting was in Maidenpool, where he left alone with Leobald Magnar for Raventree Hall.
8) Character Physical Description: Odo is a slim, almost greasy man. He is quite gaunt, with long fingers, and black curtains of shoulder-length hair. His brown-black eyes peer out through them, and pierce the thoughts of lesser men. More often than not, a longsword rests at his belt, dark red and black leather sheathed.
9) Character Reputation: Odo has little reputation and the only man he remembers at Raventree Hall is Horas Blackwood. Along the east coast of the North, from Eastwatch-By-The-Sea to White Harbour, he is known to the lords as the Blackreaver, a dark man who twists the spirits of the sea to his will. In Skagos he is a traitor, and all Skagosi except for his crew would attack him on sight if they recognized him.
