Allyria gives Howland a peck back, happy that he finally made it. "Why thank you," She answers, "I'm just glad it's finally done." She leans in close to Howland, and continues in a low voice, "Tyberion was going to announce the betrothal tonight, if that's all right with you."
Tyberion, meanwhile, moves away from the crowd a bit to read the note. His eyes run over it several times, before stuffing it into a pocket and returning to his guests.

"Yes well, they say the Father judges those harshly who judge harshly, and a person who acts without mercy receives none from the Mother," Loren said with a smile. He turns towards Howland Brandon as his friend approaches.
"Better now that your here, I was feeling uncomfortable surrounded by all these friendly Lannisters," Loren said with a smirk to show he was half joking.
After a second it dawned on him that Quentyn was from the West and Loren's face turned pink and he turned back towards Ser Prester, "An unfair comparison Quentyn I am sorry. Have you met Lord Brandon Royce yet?" Loren said opening up his conversation.

Quentyn chuckled, "Quite alright. And I have not met Lord Royce, although I've made it a point to while I'm here in King's Landing."

Brandon smiled at Loren, "One should never be at ease at any noble party, there's always that one twist that might make things go awry". "Well Quentyn there is currently three Lords of Royce in King's Landing, it might make conversations harder to follow," Brandon chuckled. He turned back to Irwyn, "How is Balor, performing his duties well I hope?" Allyria gives Howland a peck back, happy that he finally made it. "Why thank you," She answers, "I'm just glad it's finally done." She leans in close to Howland, and continues in a low voice, "Tyberion was going to announce the betrothal tonight, if that's all right with you."e; "That is quite allright," Howland replied. "How have you been?"

"Quite well, of course, the boy is very dutiful and with the warrior's blessing grow to be a great knight one day," Loren said smiling. "Course I rarely tell him so, I'd hate for it to go to his head."

Brandon smiled, "Good, I would hate to see him get a bigger head than his brother's."

"Lord Frey presented the rebel lord as a present to King Rodrick. Rodrick responded by punching Lord Frey in the face." Thaddeus said, smiling broadly as he did it.

"That is quite allright," Howland replied. "How have you been?" "Oh, I've been just fine, darling, though you don't visit nearly enough." Allyria purrs.

Once the guests seem to be sufficiently mingling, Tyberion squeezes his way through the crowd to the dining room. He hops up onto the table, and raps on a wine goblet with his dagger until all eyes are on him.
"Your Graces, I apologize for interrupting, but I am so overtaken with joy that I cannot help but let you all share in it," He announces, "You see, the fine young man, Howland, just over there," He points Royce out in the crowd, "Has asked for the hand of my lovely sister, Allyria Lannister, in marriage. She seems rather taken with the boy, and how can I refuse my twin? I don't believe we have a date set just yet, but please, offer them your congratulations tonight. Now carry on."
He jumps back down off the table and resumes his milling, making sure all guests are well taken care of.

Loren looks surprised and then smile raising his glass towards Howland. "He kept it quite a secret huh?" Loren says to Brandon.

Thatcher smiled. Another fine match for the Royce family. Perhaps now that the Tyrells no longer required it, the Royces could adapt their house motto.

Corbray eyed the Barclay curiously, and wordlessly questioned Frey's sanity.

Loren looks surprised and then smile raising his glass towards Howland. "He kept it quite a secret huh?" Loren says to Brandon. Howland raised his glass in return and continued his chat with Allyria. "He is quite the private person, would not even tell me if he has been with a woman before," Brandon replied. "Oh, I've been just fine, darling, though you don't visit nearly enough." Allyria purrs. Howland manages an akward smile, "I will have to remedy that. Would you care for a dance?"

"Its for the best, only the cock crows of his victories every morning," Loren said, "Either way I hope the match is for the best and perhaps with the help of your House and Howland's new wife we can mend some of the damage done between the West and the Far Reach. My father always said 'that the fate of one house should not be judged by the actions of a single man, for good or for ill.'"

Antario glanced at Barclay, then to King Rodrick, then to Frey. "The King's honorable side show itself?" He asked Thaddeus, smiling.
Meanwhile, Lady Marianne approached the Queen. "You are looking splendid tonight, Queen Selyse." She said, proud to be one of her Ladies-in-Waiting.
