"Then there is no point in delaying I guess," Howland said. He looked a bit uncertain of what to say next, "Would you like to marry me?" was the best he thought up with. He wasn't quite the romantic.

Allyria smiles, telling him, "Ah, yes. Nice and straightforward. Of course, Howland. We'll just need to discuss the matter with Tyberion, get everything arranged."

"Your brother seemed fine with it the last time I spoke with him," Howland said while smiling.

Lady Petra reentered the room and eyed the several empty spots at the table. Walking over to Wulf Pyke she placed her hands on his shoulder leaning in close her breasts push in warmly against his back, she asks in her normal voice that carries to all, "This dinner appears over. If you like you maybe join my at my manor for some delicious honey cakes, a distinguished arbor red, and a night of passion you will never forget." She laughed and kissed his ear. Then looking up at the Queen she winked. "Your Grace."

He grinned at her slyly, then leaned in and whispered into her ear, "I don't take my brother's cast-offs."

"I imagine you should leave King's Landing." Petra whispered back, "Because considering who your brothers are, this will make your social life exceedingly boring." Her eyes flicked quickly to Brynden, Tyberion and Selyse, before refocusing on Wulf.

Wulf laughed, "thanks for the concern, but the lords of the Eyrie and Casterly Rock consort with a different species of woman then an Ironborn bastard does. I think I'll be all right."

"Your brother seemed fine with it the last time I spoke with him," Howland said while smiling. "Aye, I'm sure he is. I'll let him know about my acceptance. When should the deed be done?"

"Have you not sat through a marriage recently? 'Ordeal' is the appropriate word, I think. It's afterward that's the enjoyable part."

Howland shrugged, "I cannot remember the last time I was at a wedding. Fortunatly I am not the one that have to do the arrengements, maybe the Queen wants to do it".

A late arrival, just having come to Kings Landing after many years, Lord Darien Greenstone enters the hall, his daughter Aranya and son Brandon with him. He looks somewhat lost, unfamiliar with the faces he sees after such a long time.

"Darien! You old bastard," Brandon nearly yelled as he spotted him. He stood up and went to embrace the man.

"Brandon!" Darien said, happy to see a familiar face and embracing him in return. "Seems I can't see too well with my one eye to spot you in a crowd of strange faces! How are you!?"

"I'm as good as I can be being surrounded by these young folks, talking about their love lives and what not," Brandon said mayhaps joking a bit. "These are your children yes? I can see a bit of Asha in them". He pinched Aranya's cheek and ruffled Brandon's hair.
